The hotel is located at 8 Wensan Road, West Lake District, Hangzhou, next to the Grand Canal. It is within 10 minutes of walking distance. The environment is beautiful and it is a good place for leisure and comfort. Rail transport: Hangzhou East Station is reached in 25 minutes by car, and Metro Line 19 is directly located in about 10 minutes. It takes 25 minutes to drive to Hangzhou Station, and 15 minutes to get off at Exit C3 from Metro Line 1 to Line 2 Shentangqiaoditie Station. Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport is 50 minutes by car, and Metro Line 19 is directly located in an hour. Hangzhou West Station is driven in 30 minutes, and Metro Line 19 is directly located in 30 minutes. 10m from Wensanzhi Road bus stop, get off and turn left. I went with 4 friends to stay 2 nights at the Hotel. It was very pleasant experience. The concierge snd staff are very nice as and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. We decided to go for the breakfast after checking in and it was not quite the same as we reviewed online before booking this Hotel. There enough choices and the food were not bad at all. We did go to the laundry and they have 2 treadmills for us to workout right opposite the laundry room (very thoughtful). Convenient to go around with the metro 5 mins walk away. Very highly recommended and will definitely stay here again next time.

The check-in was very slow. The room was not ready even we reached after 3pm and had to wait more than 45mins to get into the room. I think the hotel needs to improve on this. The room is clean and nice with Muji style. The location is very strategic as it is near to 4 subway entrances, hence very convenient to move around the city. The hotel staff is polite and the stay is pleasant. Overall, would consider to stay at this hotel again in the future.

帶孩子去杭州看病，住的全季酒店，下午一點到的，大堂進去就能聞到這個淡淡的茶香味，非常好聞。我預訂的是雙人床，住在6樓，房間很好，很透氣，東西都放進去後我們就出去了，後來4點多的時候孩子爸爸也來了，前台態度很好，加錢升級到家庭房，換到4樓，可能是裝修好沒多久，走廊還有味道，剛開始進房間感覺沒有那麼透氣，後來開窗通風好多了，茶很好喝，酒店的洗漱用品也很好聞，很香。空調可以調節温度。第二天離店的時候前台還送了小禮物，兩盒茶餅，一個香薰，還有一個孩子的啪啪圈，孩子喜歡。加了會員，早餐衹要49。元，我們4個人，特划算。早餐挺好吃，品種也多。

環境：沈塘橋c3口出來兩分鐘，地鐵口就有星巴克和全家便利店，酒店旁邊就有肯德基，基本的吃喝購物不用擔心，距離西湖3站地鐵很便捷
大堂乾淨有很好聞的茶香味
服務：前台人員態度很好，外賣有機器人送餐上樓
設施：有幾個很好的設計點，1.馬桶旁邊的置物板（放手機）以及小感應燈（夜間照明）
2.玄關，無論是換鞋還是置物的都很寬敞。
3.最最最喜歡的一點，雙人小沙發和桌子，桌面很大，兩個人吃飯完全展的開，不像其他酒店一般衹有一個椅子，雙人吃飯不方便，小沙發也能放東西
4:浴室設施：花灑的出水力度有力細密且温柔，冷熱水標誌明顯，固定花灑和手拿花灑也有分明的按鈕，不用擰來擰去的試。
衞生：乾淨整潔，新裝修的原木簡約風，個人很喜歡。洗髮水洗手液的味道特別好聞
本來訂了一晚上，住了之後又續了一晚，就是臨街的房型車輛經過會有聲，沒車的時侯很安靜。不過車流也不是很大。晚上大體比較安靜，要是能再加強一下臨街玻璃的隔音會更好。

地理位置很好下飛機直接19號到沈塘橋E出口😌 房間乾淨服務也非常棒！晚上10點左右辦理入住還送了水果，第一天睡過頭幫忙打包了早餐，第二天和前台小姐姐説想嘗全季的糕點都有滿足。房間有8瓶水旅遊都不需要買水了。總之挺滿意👍

家庭的房間面積很大！床旁邊還有個桌子可以坐在用餐或者放東西，住的很舒服，晚上也沒有噪音，早餐也不錯，工作人員服務態度非常好，十分滿意本次入住！
