Amazing stay at at beautiful hotel in a local housing estate not far from the Metro station which brings us to places of interests in 2-3/4 stops. Metro system in HZ is very effective and the lines overlaps and we can change to various lines conveniently! Visited all the places of interests and also local night markets and outlet store. The restaurants beside the hotel serves delicious food for lunch we had the self served meal right next to hotel. For supper we tried the restaurant 2 stores beside the hotel! Supermarkets and pharmacy around the estate also. Explore the local shops and grab some burger and fruits! The hotel has a cafe and we enjoyed the lattes that they serve! Hotel has a laundry room but only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer so it was abit inconvenient as we had to move the laundry. If it was a 2 in 1 washer and dryer that’d be better. I was lucky to use when it was empty as after me there were 2 ppl who wanted to use but had to wait. We had a loft room and my 12 year old slept upstairs comfortably. Abit dangerous for younger kids as it’s quite steep and slippery at the steps. Bed and beddings are comfortable and new! Shower and toilet are separate and abit small but functional! All good! And we highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Hang Zhou!

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel and room design were aesthetically-pleasing and I looked forward to heading back to the hotel every day after a long day out. Hotel staff were also really friendly and greeted you whenever you leave or enter the place. Room amenities were sufficient, however the automated blinds were slightly faulty. Location-wise, it’s a reasonable walk to the nearest station.

The hotel is very new and exceptionally clean. The staff members are extremely helpful. We reserved two floor bedrooms on the second floor. The room design is very Japanese in style. However, it is a bit small to accommodate three people comfortably. Despite this, the room is overall very clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff even assisted me in organizing my luggage while cleaning the room. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Hangzhou in the future.

Really good customer service. Room is new and nicely designed. Refreshing hotel. You may require help with connecting to wifi but the reception is very helpful. Would stay there again. The receptionist on Sunday night (1st December) was very helpful with fixing our wifi issues. Fives stars service was due to her.

The hotel was designed nicely, very peaceful and relaxing. Service was good and the rooms were nicely done.

Staffs are very helpful and quick response. Assited to call taxi and order medications. Hotel provided full information of how to use their facilities while checked in thru Wechat.

Beautiful hotel room, easily the most impressive I have seen in China so far. Everything was brand new and very clean, with pretty lighting, a huge tv, luxurious shower and fun additions like a tea set. Would stay again next time I’m in Hangzhou

Beautiful hotel with a stunning entrance. We were greeted by the manager at reception who spoke English and checked us in efficiently. The room was very clean with a unique interior design where one bed was raised and accessible up a few stairs. Our daughter loved this novelty and she had her own little space in the room. The neighbourbood is very nice and lively with numerous restaurants and coffee shops less then two minutes walk away. Great hotel to stay at if you prefer something more than just a standard generic hotel room. Thanks for the stay!

I had an amazing stay here! The hotel design is very unique and feels otherworldly. The room itself is so comfortable I wished I could extend my stay. Super clean, new furniture, big comfi bed and great amenities. There’s a cute coffee bar in the lobby that serves great lattes. The staff at the service desk helped me a lot, I’m thankful for their kindness 🤍

Hotel that feels like an artist studio. Good design! Super convenient to take taxi to West Lake and travel around the space. Love the latte below the hotel too - special discount for hotel guests.
