room space was fine. the room air con was unable to adjust. i dont mind weather the hotel staff couldnt speak english. they were lack of service. the hotel front desk guy suggest me to take metro train eventhough i asked him to call a taxi for me and he was not quite happy to do it fir me. i had to ask him severeral time to do that, imagine my stuff before flying back home!

This is a super value for money hotel in hangzhou! With Didi you can get to all your attractions in under 20mins! The bed is good and there are pillows for you to choose and I really enjoy my sleep. Free initial shows even! Totally would stay here again!

Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Helped us to reserve restaurant and to purchase wheelchair online. Got a box of fruits as departure gift. Very nice place to stay.

Located within 10-15 mins walk from train station/west lake. The female staff were all nice and friendly. Very easy to connect wifi in the room. Bathroom was very clean. Self service washer and dryer.

This hotel attracts many pathetic uncivilized hotel guests. At 10pm, a downstairs hotel visitor knocked on my door and said I was disrupting their sleep because we had just arrived at the hotel late at night and were getting ready to take a shower and other things, so we were moving around, which I presume made some walking noise. Worse experience ever

The room has stinky smell coming out from the toilet, really bad smell. Room is small too.

The location not very good, need to pass by underpass to metro station, no lift or escalator,not convenient with luggage.

We had a amazing stay in this hotel. Very convenient, fresh and comfortable! Rooms are good in size and price is very decent for Hangzhou. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Hangzhou next time!
