This hotel is like hidden gems in Hangzhou, it's very very clean hotel, and it's the best hotel at a reasonable price in Hangzhou. The hotel provides all facilities and amenities (microwave, drinking water, towel, toothbrush and slippers). The room is very clean and good arrangements. The most important thing is it's very clean toilet and shower room, I am really happy to staying in this hotel. I reserved this hotel for 2 nights and then I reserved another 2 nights, total 4 nights staying in this hotel.

Not affecting the overall experience BUT: the room description on the web makes it look like there is a private bathroom—no, this hotel only has shared showers and shared toilets. Oh, the toilet seats are heated. Amazing and helpful staff, all squeaky clean and cleaned on regular basis, bright corridors, spacious common space with kitchenette. The washing machines/dryers worked smoothly though I had to ask the staff to help out as I couldn’t make the app run (I don’t have a CN phone number.) Hotel provides a pair of slippers & single use towels, there are also automats where you can buy additional ones, as well as ones with snacks, beverages, water (hot & cold) dispenser. The hotel is near 2 metro lines, but you can easily walk to the West Lake too (it’s some 20-30 min walk depending how fast you walk and how many detours you take). Plenty of eating joints and some kombinis on the street, coffee next door. The only weird thing was, the window of my room led to a shared terrace—I arrived it was dark and woke up to learn. Still, I felt super safe and had no worries about my stuff when I was out. Overall, a good choice for my 4-nights stay.

Lemon Hotel is an excellently managed property in a central location of Hangzhou.

Comfortable and quiet room. Bathrooms were fairly clean, with a lot of stalls available. Drinking water día also available. I would stay here again.

Lemon Hotel offers a perfect location, clean and modern rooms, and exceptional service. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good mix of Chinese and Western options. Great value for money—highly recommended for anyone visiting Hangzhou!

The room is tiny but has very clean and comfy bed. Salute to the housekeeper team for their work.

The hotel is located on the sixth floor of the building, a big lemon outside the gate tells where to enter from. The hotel was very clean and had friendly staff. Their reception wall had a image of the entire world in letters found it fascinating. Room was compact clean and had all items which a person requires ranging from television to bedside table. Washroom was shared, and additional towels and slippers can be purchased at nominal price. The place also has a common room where you can sped you time watching some movies with entire groups. Definitely will recommend for solo travellers on a budget. Ciao.

Amazing concept with the tiny private rooms. I was surprised by the cleanliness of the shared bathrooms, which are being regularly cleaned and sealed before use.

Nice hostel/hotel for this money. Recommend to take your towel. It a bit cold in winter.

I recently stayed at lemon hotel for the third time, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel’s location is fantastic, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and speak excellent English, which made my stay even more comfortable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm water and quickly checked in. The staff guided me to my room efficiently. Initially, I was hesitant about booking a place with shared toilet and shower rooms, but I was pleasantly surprised by how spotless these areas were. There’s a cleaning lady on duty at all times, ensuring everything is maintained to the highest standard. The rooms are perfect for solo travelers like myself. The bedding is very comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable. Overall, I highly recommend [Hotel Name] for solo travelers. It’s a great value with an excellent location, wonderful staff, and clean facilities. I look forward to my next stay!

This hotel/hostel was excellent, it was very clean, had a great area with a nice view to hang out in,the girls and guys at the front desk were fantastic, I had a problem with my phone and they fixed it I would highly recommend staying here

Kind of “severance” office vibe, but not in a bad way, very clean and orderly, bath are shared, however good. Though electrical outlets would be better if supported european type outlet or at least type c.

Very clean shared showers and quiet rooms. Front desk staff were quite helpful and helped me take all my luggage to my room.
