I initial stayed in a room that is directly under the restaurant hence noise from early morning. The helpful staffs changed me to a room that unfortunately has a bad smell from the toilets. I finally stayed in a proper room. Breakfast was good and staffs were friendly and helpful.

Optimized the room allocation system to ensure that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in.3. Great hotel, great location. Easy access to subway into hangzhou. Lots of walkable food options. Great staff, very professional and attentive. Gym is awkward to get to but well equipped. Rooms are large bright and quiet.

酒店在光之塔,自駕導航到南門比較方便。前台是29樓,酒店所在26-29樓。29樓有空中花園,植被豐富。高級雙床很貼心升級為豪華雙床,服務態度好,房間寬敞,衞生間舒服。早餐很豐富,餛飩、葱包燴等麪食,現磨咖啡很濃郁,水果新鮮。

這次入住太完美了!酒店環境優雅大氣,房間乾淨整潔,床品柔軟舒適,工作人員服務熱情專業,從入住引導到早餐推薦都無微不至。地鐵口就在酒店樓下100米處,出行超方便!周邊美食購物齊全。這家酒店很好,給我帶來了滿意的入住體驗,必須五星好評!

週末帶家人來良渚遊玩,選擇入住希爾頓朋歡酒店。 入住前,酒店賓客關係經理Alan就電話聯繫我,詢問我入住需求。 入住時,前台小哥也非常熱情,且效率高。 酒店位於高層,大堂和餐廳在29樓,還有空中花園,視野開闊,可以俯瞰整個良渚美景。 房間寬敞、乾淨,衞生間乾濕分離,裝修很現代。 早餐也很豐富,品種多,中式、西式、咖啡等都有,味道也很可口。 總之,是一次非常愉快的入住,性價比高,下次來良渚還會選擇這裏,也會推薦給朋友們。

酒店視野開闊,交通方便,樓下就是地鐵站,旁邊就是永旺大型商業中心,就餐購物一步之遙,車庫車位多有大量充電樁,很適合自駕遊,前台麗麗服務很貼心,退房時間給延續到下午2點,下次來杭州還會選擇這裏

設施: 優點很多:1)硬件非常好,有天際線view的早餐餐廳,有免費的洗衣房健身房,我住的期間還洗了一次衣服很方便。2)樓下有星巴克跟711還有各種大小餐廳 不足的地方可能就是1)大堂在29層,每次下樓要先去29換電梯2)房間窗户打不開 位置:打車去良渚很便宜,去西站也衹有20分鐘左右。機場過來雖然路線長但是不折騰,衹用換一次地鐵 服務:前台還不錯,需求反饋的蠻快,感謝fanny的熱情支持

設施:設施非常新新酒店。房間大 視野開闊 佈局合理,房間設計是五星標準 大堂調高設計還有空中花園 非常的有格調。早餐廳環境也非常好。餐品非常豐富。 衞生:乾淨衞生。 環境:地理位置優越 地鐵站出來,幾分鐘就到。可以俯瞰整個良渚城。去各處的交通都很便利。 服務:服務特別熱情,周到細緻。到酒店之前ADa就打電話來詢問到店時間,並且提供貼心服務。讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。下次還會選擇。

房間乾淨整潔,周邊生活便利,地鐵交通方便。服務人員認真負責,特別熱情。美中不足的是空調系統效率太差,第一個房間製冷系統可能有點問題,温度降不下來。服務人員馬上幫着換了一間,雖然有效果,但是依然效率很低,温度下降很慢。前兩天住的那間就沒這問題,很快就到二十度。房間視野無敵,這麼多年來在杭州住的酒店裡不論貴*這個能給留下很深刻印象。下次再來杭州肯定還會選這家,下次看到標註需要空調系統好的,一定要給我涼快的房間。服務員fery再次給了很多幫助,夜班德小夥子也是老相識了。
