I'm a foreigner that can speak good Chinese. the day before arriving, I called to arrange for shuttle bus but was asked to call again when I arrived. when I arrived at the airport, I called to arrange for shuttle bus but it seems like they expect us to have WeChat to send them our photos. also, I couldn't find the exit 25. after asking around many times, it's actually at departure level 4 which is really weird since we're on the arrival level. so other travellers, please note that you should NOT follow airport signs for shuttle bus and instead go to departure level 4 and go to exit 25 the hotel is actually near the airport but in a really secluded area. Impossible to walk to find food nearby. we had to call a Didi(for foreigners it may pose another set of difficulties) hotel room was clean and spacious with AI xiaodu able to perform spoken functions in mandarin. hotel buffet breakfast was a good spread.

The hotel room is inside the airport and near several other Hotels. The location is perfect for people that want to spend a night nearby before continue to travel. Not much else around.

I was greeted by a friendly staff member who answered all my questions and even asked additional ones to ensure my stay was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the airport, which is a fantastic perk. Additionally, if you don’t want to carry your luggage to your room, you can leave it in a secure room near the reception desk. Common Areas The hotel’s common areas are well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. Each floor has its own laundry room equipped with approximately three to six washing machines, which is incredibly convenient for longer stays. The corridors are clean and visually appealing, adding to the overall positive impression of the hotel. The Room The room was impeccably clean, which was a huge plus. I had no complaints in this regard. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredibly powerful air conditioner. During the cold weather, it heated the room quickly and made it feel cozy and warm. This attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. Exceptional Service The most impressive part of my experience was the attentive service from the hotel staff. They knew exactly when I planned to leave for the airport and personally woke me up 20 minutes before my departure time from hotel. This thoughtful gesture ensured I didn’t miss my flight and left a lasting positive impression. Final Thoughts Overall, my experience at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport Urban Hotel was outstanding. The combination of its convenient location, excellent service, and clean, comfortable rooms makes it a perfect choice for travelers. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you’re in the area!

Free shuttle service to airport is superb. Love their arrangements for airport transfer, even in a situation where I had no China sim card. Breakfast is simple. Their check in system is fast. And their 小度小度 （xiaodu）can help you experience smart electronics appliances. You can call their customer service line from Trip.com.

The night shift reception was amazing, arriving late at night able sending the pickup vehicle promptly and assisting with the luggage at the hotel. However, discovered there is hair on one of the pillows that leads me some doubts about the cleanliness.

A really nice hotel, close to the airport. Everything was good, including the breakfast. The plumbing sounded a little cheap though as it sounds like a tap is on in the room when a neighbour uses their water.
