Hotel staffs not so accommodating. But overall spacious room and location wise itself is ok.

Everything was great with this place. Had a wonderful experience with friendly management team on site. The location was perfect in terms of good proximity to few destinations. Will come back again for next visit

Great location. Short walk to Qinghefang- tourist attraction. The Didi/taxis can’t drive right up to the hotel since it is on the old part of the street. If you follow the address supplied on trip.com, you will need to ask the person sitting near the gate/taxi driver which side/direction of the street you need to walk towards to find the hotel. Laundry service is available and free of charge. It isn’t self service, you will need to drop it off at the front desk and they drop the clothes back into your room. They limit the amount you wash each day. We traveled as a family during the peak of summer so went through a lot of clothes quickly but it is not a big factor for us.

Very good location near the lake. The room was very big and the hotel is so beautiful, with traditional and modern architecture. I broke my bag on my way to the hotel, the staff immediately helped me to fix it. Very gentle people and clean hotel. I recommend it.

Super nice hotel: highly recommended! My first room smelt enough cigarette, so I've been upgraded to a non smoking room for free. Goid location, not too far from the lake

Hotel is located right in the middle of Hefang traditional lane (tourist attraction). Very convenient as it's nearby to Xihu lake too, staff are very friendly. The amenities they use are all high quality, toilet has bidet! The bed was very comfortable and pillows are nice too, they all smell good and no weird smell. We went on summer and it was scorching hot, staff let us stay a bit longer to rest a bit more. Thankyou Qiupai hotel! It was a nice stay

The staff is very friendly and went to the extra mile to explain to me how to use the logistic services. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel is located along the Nan Song Yu Street where has many shops for food and gifts. The hotel also provide free mineral water. The only setback is the wifi service which require to have a local phone number for verification code. Those without a local number will not be able to connect to wifi. However, the staff is able to assist by using their hotel phone number to activate the wifi as an alternative. Overall, excellent service, location and cleanliness. We will definitely wanna stay here again if we come to Hangzhou again.

Our stay in Hangzhou was made even more perfect with the stay at Qiyupai Hotel (Hangzhou Xihu Hefang Street Branch)... this boutique hotel is the perfect blend of modern amenities and architecture, and stunning Chinese styling in spacious rooms that can accommodate a variety of traveller needs, from individuas to couples, even families with young children. You will be able to relax and unwind in perfect luxury. The hotel has a dreamy aesthetic located on picturesque walking streets with everything you could need located only a few minutes walk away.... even beautiful West Lake is only a 30min walk. Staff were wonderfully helpful and patient, even upgrading us so that we were not inconvenienced by some minor hotel renovations. They also gifted us each a bag of snacks upon checkout. We will definitely be back... and I would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to beautiful Hangzhou.

Room was very clean and service was really good. The staff was very helpful in getting WiFi for us because we didn't have local number. They also offered free laundry services. Very convenient location

The best hotel so far for this trip! Chinese traditional style blends with modern interior design. We have been upgraded with a tatami-style bedroom and it's superb... except for the toilet is transparent. Great location and it is very comfortable to walk around! It is on Southern Song Dynasty Street, within walking distance to Hefang Street. In addition, the room is also very warm, comfortable and clean! Friendly staff with very good service. We were gifted a bag of snacks upon checkout. The only thing is the breakfast needs to be improved. Other than that are perfect! Highly recommended hotel if you travel to Hangzhou.

Location was good and a short walk to Hefang street. It is approximately close to the train station about 500-600m, however, the pavement here is very bumpy (as it is an old street) making it difficult to push the luggage to the location. Other than that, good amenities in the room and overall a pleasant stay.
