This hotel was a big disappointment. Although nights were cold, our room had no heat and only intermittently had warm (never hot) water. Amenities were minimal. The breakfast buffet was not well organized. There were large groups who came all at once and there was only one serving line, not separate stations, so there was a long wait and unless you were at the start of the line some items had run out. On the good side, and my reason for two stars rather than one, the room was clean and the bed reasonably comfortable. The staff tried to be helpful but did not have the resources to fix the problems. There is wifi available in the lobby but not in the rooms.

This hotel was fine. It has a lot of potential but not realized. The pluses: beautiful setting in the ocean. Rooms ere basic but clean. Breakfast was fine and included. Hotel is a mile and a half from town and walking to tiresome. They would cabs though if needed, but one never showed. Would be great if they rented bicycles. Pool was not very clean so avoided it. Wi-Fi works in lobby but not rooms. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8 which is a bit late since some tours begin at 8:30. Generally hotel needs a brush up, parts are run down. Lobby attendant was new and clueless about lost things. Water is not drinkable, bad taste and they only sold small bottles and then ran out completely. Better options are likely available.

We were part of a tour group and this was our base for two days. A comfortable room with a nice view. We a had a double bed and a single bed. Both were comfortable. It fronts the ocean and the landscaping was well done. The pool is around 4 feet and enjoyable on a hot day. A great place to watch the sunset. The internet worked best around the pool, not in the rooms. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs and various fruits and cakes.

Sono stato in questo Hotel Residence con i miei amici per una vacanza Isola Pasqua nel periodo di Agosto Personale molto gentile e premuroso a darti tutte le informazioni che gli chiedi in inglese. Il giardino bello e curato considera che in agosto per loro e bassa stagione perche e primavera e il tempo e instabile con pioggia quindi piscina chiusa e bar alla piscina chiusa ma atmosfera e rilassante. Camere molto semplici anche i bagni sono semplici e a volte lacqua calda non usciva e quindi era un po fredda. Anche la stanza in questo periodo era umido fredda e i condizionatori non hanno aria calda quindi noi ci siamo messe le coperte sui letti per stare al caldo la sera. Colazione mi e sembrata normale niente di eccezionale quando vai in questi posti ti aspetta tanti buoni prodotti del luogo. Comunque gli hotel dell'isola sono quasi tutti cosi vivi in mezzo alla natura.

Hotel abbandonato in struttura fatiscente. Arrivati in struttura ci è stato comunicato che : 1. L’acqua calda era disponibile solo a orari 2. La reception non era attiva, la persona che ci accoglieva poteva essere altrove dunque l’avremmo dovuta contattare via wats’app. 3. Se fossimo rientrati dopo le 22 l’avremmo dovuta contattare per farci aprire il cancello chiuso. 4. La colazione sarebbe stata disponibile su chiamata wats’app. In stanza il condizionatore era rotto e rilasciava aria calda, la stanza sporca con carta nel cestino e vasca impraticabile.

Un hotel espectacular, en medio de la naturaleza de Isla de Pascua. Amable atención, el personal muy atento. Wifi solo en las áreas comunes. El mejor atardecer de la isla de cara al Pacifico. Una experiencia magnifica.
