The Resort is really nice and I had a very relaxing stay! The food also tastes good! The staffs are very friendly and accommodating, they let me fly my drone inside the hotel area. Would definitely visit again!

The room facilities are dilapidated. Breakfast is disappointing. There are very few choices and the taste is not good. So better not include breakfast.

Interesting resort. The gate is too simple and frugal that we were a bit disappointed when we saw it in the taxi. But when you go through the glass restaurant, you’ll find a new jungle garden world. Good gardening and swimming pool. However the room facilities are a little old, especially the bathroom which should be renovated. Btw there are many funny exploration restaurants, farms and places near the resort.

One of the best hotel experience. actually stayed here twice in January and February. Everything about this place is simply great. It is truly quiet. Not quiet because we were lucky. Its quiet during any day of the week. No bars around or airplanes landing. All guests are quiet and respectful towards others rest time. The construction materials are very solid and isolate both sound and temperature. I loved the blackout curtains. Some rooms got bathtubes. The pools are kept really clean even during cold days when no one is swimming. The garden is just beatiful and taken good care of. It's also the reason why there is no noise from the road and the air is less dry (it is really dry during winter months). Breakfast, dinners were good. I loved deep fried fish, ordered it several times. There is a nice Swiss place walkable distance away and a Thai restaurant farm with a small play area for kids. Staff speaks English and Mandarin Chinese. They were helpful with any request. Whenever i am back to Chiang Mai, its my number one choice now.

這次清邁之行入住的酒店體驗感真的超棒！一踏入酒店，就彷彿置身於熱帶雨林，繁茂的綠植環繞，獨特的環境氛圍直接拉滿。服務員的態度更是沒得説，熱情又周到，從辦理入住到提供各種出行建議，都讓人倍感温暖。早餐種類豐富，當地特色美食和常見的餐點都有，能滿足不同口味需求。 不過也有一點小小的不足，酒店不提供免費洗衣服務，洗衣需額外收費，店員沒有提前告知我，這讓我在收拾行李時有點小困擾。但不得不誇，酒店地理位置絕佳，去清邁夜間動物園和大峽谷水上樂園都很方便，出行遊玩省了不少時間。整體而言，除了洗衣這點小插曲，其他方面都很滿意，下次來清邁還會考慮這家！

一家五口，訂了兩間房，一月的清邁早晚還是挺冷的，游泳池的水特別涼 酒店挺漂亮的，衞生也可以，就是洗澡水不是特別熱，另外酒店的早餐一般，點餐也一般😂周圍沒什麼的吃的，晚飯在酒店點的，報吃

絕了絕了 離動物園超級近的酒店～我們去的時候人很少。度假村有三個泳池～就是有點冷 我們沒法下水玩了。有些可惜了～ 小姐姐很熱情，去動物園還有專車接送～酒店門口有件奶茶店～

位置比較偏僻，交通不方便，出遊和覓食都有點難，酒店餐廳八點半就不營業了。不過酒店可以安排車去附近的地方，衹是去機場沒有班車，酒店派車去機場要價有點高。熱水設施很差，服務速度也有點跟不上，酒店早餐一般，房間大比較適合家庭入住，不過大而不實用，也不精緻，裝修挺粗糙的，設施感覺像三星級酒店，就是人工景觀好看，有熱帶雨林的感覺。

나만 알고싶은 리조트입니다. 유명해지면 제가 또 갔을때 불편할까봐요 ㅎㅎ 정말 Relax하기 좋아요 나이트사파리까지 호텔에서 제공하는 셔틀로 다녀올수있어요. 풀빌라같은 분위기입니다 직원분들도 정말 친절하세요

員工超友善 很安靜的地方 租了電單車 去哪都方便 主要過來放鬆

ไปพักเป็นครั้งที่สองแล้วค่ะ ชอบทุกอย่างของที่นี่ ไปแล้วอยากไปอีกเรื่อยๆ ชอบความเป็นธรรมชาติ ต้นไม้เยอะ ร่มรื่นมาก เสียนิดเดียว สะดุ้งตื่นมาตอนตี 1 เพราะมีชาวต่างชาติมาลงเล่นสระน้ำแล้วคุยกันหน้าห้องเรา ในส่วนของการบริการ ประทับใจพนักงานทุกคนค่ะ ไว้จะหาโอกาสไปอีกนะคะ

這家酒店的服務真心沒話說！讓人窩心的到暖和！ 因為玩太晚回到酒店！還沒吃飯！和前台反應！他們免費派車送我們去吃飯！然后吃完飯後再從酒店過來接我們回去！中間因為手機掉水溝裡了！前台立馬到現場幫忙協助取回！並且司機也非常幫忙撈取！真的感到萬分感謝！工作人員的服務態度真的無可挑剔！太棒了 酒店方面雖然比不上大型度假村那麼豪華！但也算是有一番仙境的風味！四處都是植物讓人感到非常舒服！雖說水質有點略差！但是地理位置畢竟較偏！所以也還可以接受！ 早餐還可以！該有的絕對都有！ 這家酒店離騎馬和夜間動物園很近！基本上都是坐車5分鐘左右！不過離市區有一段路！但也就是搭車20多分鐘的距離吧！

Ein sehr schöner Anlage, vom Natur sehr schön, aber das war’s dann auch, die Zimmer sehr einfach nicht richtig sauber, Feuchtigkeit Geruch im Zimmer und in der Dusche auch viel sichtbare Schimmel, frühstück ist sehr sehr einfach gestaltet. Da gibt’s wirklich nur Toastbrot ohne Scheibe Käse, warmes typisches einheimisches Essen ist aber vorhanden.  Das Frühstück lohnt sich nicht, Cappuccino oder Macchiato nicht inklusive beim Frühstück, insgesamt vom Zimmer und Frühstück her für uns nur zwei Sterne. angestellte sehr nett und freundlich👌
