Premier Inn Manchester (Handforth)

I've been staying at this cracking little PI on an almost weekly basis for well over a year now and I can't fault it. The rooms are as you would expect from a PI - always spotless and the location is lovely and peaceful (as is the adjacent Green King pub and pretty garden) despite it's close proximity to Manchester airport and Handforth railway station. The staff are pretty awesome too but Thomas in particular is phenomenal. He picked up through a casual chat about 12 months ago that there is a room that I favour and more often than not he works his magicand even if he's not on duty I am in my usual "suite" ;0) Tom is also fantastic when it comes to hospitality. Always chipper and with a smile on his face and he does everything he can to make my stays as pleasant as possible. The may sound a bit over the top but I really can't thank him enough and hope that the powers that be at Premier Inn HQ make a note of this and reward Tom for his excellence ASAP. Thanks again Tom, you're ace and make my time away from home all the more bearable!

Stayed due to weather. Snow forecast so needed to stay near to airport parking.Flying the next day. Greeted by Tom. Lovely welcome, very helpful chap. Room spacious, warm and very clean. Comfy bed, extra pillows if needed. Fluffy towels were a nice touch. Hairdryer in room. And shower gel in bathroom. Ate at pub next door as no restaurant in hotel. Food was very nice on the expensive side but staff friendly, especially Eric the manager. Only thing was the mushrooms in the full english cooked breakfast were cooked in garlic and my boyfriend wasn't happy with that. Car park free and plenty of space. Close to village for shops and take aways. 5 mins from hunters carpark. Not the most modern premier inn but faultless and enjoyed the premature start to our holiday.

Just what we needed after being delayed at Manchester airport Lady in reception was very punctual and very helpful at the early hours of the morning which i was extremely grateful of The beds are very comfy and so clean the bedding was so comfy again after being tired it was great

The check in process was very simple and easy. Staff on duty was friendly. Arrived just after midnight with family and was given a ground floor room. The parking was free. The room was clean and the mattress was very comfortable, in fact it was so comfortable that I actually purchased the Premier Inn Mattress 2.0! The hotel is conveniently located near the airport

We have stayed here twice, visiting family in Cheadle. Comfortable, clean & with exceptionally helpful staff! Our preference over the one at Cheadle Royal, as we do not hear airport planes. Added bonus of a Chef & Brewer next door and good M&S, John Lewis stores closeby.

Can’t fault the hospitality from Lisa and the rest of the staff who can not do enough for us. This has to be the best place to stay in in the area and I have stayed in many places but this is the best. Will never stay anywhere else but Premier Inn Handforth
