I wish they were nicer and the property had more family friendly guests such as myself

Don't Stay Here I booked this hotel by accident, and was intending to book the Best Western next door. Not changing my booking was a huge mistake. When I arrived for check-in, the woman at the front desk instructed me to let them know if I had any problems with the room "within 15 minutes", which I didn't think too much of, and this proved to be my fatal horror movie mistake. After checking in and setting my stuff down, I left again. When I returned for the evening, it was all downhill. I went to take a shower, and there was no shower head. I suffered through my hose-like shower, and then realized there were no towels, no bath mat. After drying off as best I could with the hand towel, I went to charge my phone. I tried all three outlets available, all of which were built-in to the light fixtures, and none of which worked. As a last-ditch attempt to find an outlet, I pulled the nightstand away from the wall were the clock was plugged in, only to discover trash that a previous guest had left behind. Once I was ready for bed and turned all the lights off, I discovered the curtains blocked out less than a majority of the light from outside, which made the room as bright as dawn well into the night. After finally falling asleep, the ancient air conditioning stopped working somewhere along the way and I woke up, hot and irritated.

Room said non smoking but smelled cigarettes as soon as we walked into the room and for the entire stay.
