Mold in bathroom, paint flaked off, TV did not work, burn holes in top spread,still waiting for manager to call me. Guess customer satisfaction is not that important. I will contact Wyndham customer service and express my extreme disappointment in this location and I promise you I will never stay there again

We actually need to be in New Orleans, but Hammonds was the only place that had an open room. New Orleans was totally booked. The only issue arriving was the [raking entrance to the hotel is that it was not very visible looks like your passing through some ones property to get to the front door.

Our stay at Days Inn, Hammond was Absolutely a disgrace to the Wyndham name. Filthy inside and outside. Stains all over walls, door locks malfunctioning, flickering lights out of a horror movie in bathrooms, dust everywhere and your bare feet turned black on the heavily mildewed smelling carpets. Wyndham should remove their prestigious name from this establishment immediately. Had two nights booked and cancelled the second.

Let’s just say- if you need a place to stay immediately and there is no where else at ALL, then just go straight to your room and then go straight to your car in the morning and leave as fast as possible. Rooms are dirty. Dirty walls, cigarette burns on the blankets, weird vibes. Other “guest” hanging out in the parking lot and rooms. If you know what a lot lizard is, then you know what I mean. Other more concerning characters lingering around and watching me and my family a little too closely. I wouldn’t allow my teenagers to walk to the car and back without an adult. Let’s just say I was shocked at the very high price for such a disgusting and unsafe environment.

The room are dirty, smelly. Noisy Close to a truck stop, truck let the engine all night long The pool water was nasty too! The covers smelled really bad! The whole room seems nasty! Can’t believe I paid 156$ for that ! Avoid

This place was a dump. Room had bugs crawling. Toilet had urine all over seat. Soap was left in shower from previous tenants. Food was left in refrigerator. Bed sheets had nasty spots on them. Parking lot was a mess. It was a dump.

I had three things I reported to the front desk, little things, and they got right on it to solve the problems. For that I am really appreciative. The staff were great and deserve a hand. Our suite was well arranged. I think the only thing I would change for sure is flooring. The main area is carpeted everywhere but for the bath and vanity areas. The bath and vanity have new flooring. I expect they'll be switching the rest out soon. Good location.

Had a great stay very clean and great location. Nice size rooms and felt safe there. Would stay there again if I am n the area again. Daughter and family also stay so they enjoyed it too. Right off interstate and close to stores for shopping

This hotel was so old and run down. They said it was non smoking and our room smelt like mold and smoke. We had a headache within 10 min of being in the room. We tried to get refunded our money since we only sat in the room for 15 min. But we were unable to since we booked through *********** and not the hotel. Don’t waste your time at this hotel.

Went for the weekend and the staff (lady at front desk) was great. After that it went down hill. The lighting in the room was dim even with all lights on. There were water stains on the celling, rusty nail sticking out on one wall by the bed, paint on the bathroom light fixture, crack in plaster where ceiling and wall meet. The TV could barely be heard with the sound turned to full volume. The pillows were small and appeared to be made from left over shredded foam. The cabinet for the sink was worn and the drain in the sink wasn't attached.
