Hammamet Serail

Absolutely horrendous for English, only good thing about this hotel is the actual structure of the building. Definitely not all inclusive. Drinks are served in tiny paper cups meant for coffee machine, food prepared and pre cooked half an hour before serving and reheating outside(burgers) salad put in sun at the same time. Rooms smell of fags and nicotine stained wardrobes and curtains stink of fags. Disco to hotel starts at 12 midnight until 4am and is so load you can't sleep. If you want to loose wait it's a good choice as we had bad bellies all holiday.

Although there are more bad reviews than good for this Hotel, but because they had water slides, my family: A mother, daughter and her niece wanted to spend some time there for the little girl to have fun. They called them the day before to reserve and they said everything is ok, they have vacancies and they can come and complete the booking on-site. These are very simple people, and this is a very important experience for them. They took public transportation to get to the drop off station at Hammamet and then took a taxi to get to the hotel. It took them roughly about one and half hour in a 31 degrees heat. When they arrived at the hotel, the reception lady whom they spoke to on the phone took their identity cards and said come back in a couple of hours to make sure the room is ready. They did not invite them to just stay at the hotel reception until they ready the room. So they went out roaming around in the sun on a very hot day. When they came back in a couple of hours, they told them, sorry we don’t have any vacancies anymore. Because these are very simple people, they treated them with this level of cruelty and arrogance. I checked online for availability for the same exact room and they had plenty available. Not sure what you call this. How can you treat people this way. No wonder they have extremely poor review rating and most of it is related to the staff. If you are not ready to provide good service to a paying guest, i am not sure why you are still in business. I will not let go of this and I will complain to all possible authorities until you either correct your error or you receive a penalty for treating my family this way.

Un hôtel très sale, horrible, pisine sale. Bouffe sale, chambres sales, aucun entrentien ! Oreillers moelleuses, télévision pleine de poussières, les interrupteurs sales, les toilettes ayant une odeur catastrophiques, les rideaux sont pleines de tâches, les draps ne sont pas changés tous les jours, le bain est bouché ! Pas de tapis à pieds ! Bref je vous déconseille vivement j ai jamais vécu une expérience pareille de ma vie ! Vacances d horreur dans cet hôtel !

Une expérience déplorable à éviter absolument. Cet hôtel ne mérite en aucun cas ses 4 étoiles. Et pour être généreux, il n’en vaudrait même pas 2. Les chambres sont dans un état lamentable : matelas usés et humides, propreté plus que douteuse, une seule prise murale dans une chambre quadruple – et encore, elle ne fonctionne même pas ! Résultat : obligation de charger son téléphone dans la salle de bain. Pire encore, une trappe de visite non sécurisée y est accessible, ce qui représente un véritable danger pour les enfants. Les odeurs d’égout sont omniprésentes, et nous avons même trouvé des canettes de bière dans la salle de bain à notre arrivée. Le personnel, quant à lui, est complètement indifférent et non réactif. La piscine ? Rien à voir avec les photos : pas de toboggan comme annoncé, et une eau sale remplie d’insectes. En résumé : une très mauvaise expérience que je ne souhaite à personne. À fuir sans hésitation.

Hôtel très beau, le cadre autour aussi pas de chauffage surtout en hiver dommage les chambres sont bien le lit était confortable et pas de salle d’activité pour les enfants et les adultes la cuisine était bonne merci pour les chefs cuisiniers

Très bel hôtel, bon séjour avec trois piscines, et mer a 5 min à pied, personnelles sympas, bon petit déjeuner, dîne moyen, mais mauvais état des cours de tennis qui sont payants , conseille : si vous êtes seul n'hésiter pas a prendre le coach le tout ce fait au spa.
