Les Orangers Garden Villas and Bungalows Ultra All Inclusive

10/10 attentive friendly service, impeccable food and spotless rooms! Me and my mum stayed here in the seafront bungalow for a week for one of our favourite holidays yet. Nothing is ever too much for the staff Nabil has been amazing for room service and Moez has been great at the bar! The rooms are cleaned to perfection with very comfy beds and pillows. The grounds are very spacious and luxurious, really recommend for a relaxing getaway

Our recent experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, especially considering it is marketed as a 5-star property. 1. Upon arrival, it took over an hour to get a room, even though we had a crying baby with us. This was exhausting and unacceptable. 2. We noticed that certain guests were given priority treatment simply because of their Instagram presence. This favoritism over other paying guests left us feeling neglected. 3. The hotel organized a loud external event that went on until 4 a.m. — with music so loud our baby could not sleep. 4. At no point during booking were we informed about this event, and to make things worse, we were placed in a room right next to it. 5. The service overall was poor, not up to 5-star standards. 6. The food quality was also disappointing. Overall, this stay felt like a deception. Instead of the comfort and professionalism one expects from a luxury hotel, we encountered delays, noise, poor service, and lack of transparency. We left feeling that the reputation of the hotel does not match the reality.

I am having a wonderful time at Les Orangers Resort – Garden Villas and Bungalows, and I feel it offers great value for the money. The resort grounds are absolutely beautiful, with amazing gardens and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable. While it could benefit from some refurbishment, everything is well-maintained and clean. But what makes this place special is the staff. They are incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. A big thank you to Zan Hassen and Monta Ssar, who I interacted with the most — but, everyone I met was so friendly and kind. The food is plentiful with a wide range to choose from, and while the selection doesn’t change each day, it’s tasty and well-prepared. There’s always plenty of fresh fruit, and drinks of all kinds are available.

My family has been loyal to this hotel for many years, returning annually with high expectations. Unfortunately, over the past two years, we’ve noticed a clear and consistent decline in both service and overall quality. This year’s experience confirmed our concerns, and sadly, we will not be returning next year. We chose this hotel again expecting a premium, ultra all-inclusive 5-star experience—especially given the price point. However, what we encountered fell far below those expectations. From service inconsistencies to issues with food quality and amenities, the overall standard no longer matches what the hotel once offered or what it claims to provide. ROOM The room was spacious, with king size bed and nice balcony, which was a plus, but lacked basic amenities such as an ironing board. Towels were insufficient for two guests and were only delivered late in the afternoon. This lack of attention to detail was disappointing. RESTAURANT & FOOD EXPERIENCE The dining experience was underwhelming overall. - Food variety was limited, especially during peak hours. Long queues formed at stations serving noodles and grilled meats, and once items ran out, they were often not replenished. - Several food quality concerns stood out: some shrimp verrines had a noticeable odor, the cheese was not fresh and clearly industrial, and presentation was inconsistent—some tables were missing utensils or place settings entirely. - Service was inconsistent. While a few staff members were helpful, many were slow, inattentive, and occasionally impolite. POOL AREA – BATHROOMS The bathroom near the large pool was poorly maintained: it smelled unpleasant and water was spilled across the floor, making it uncomfortable to use. BEACH BAR & SERVICES We requested a chicha (hookah) at the beach bar and were told to bring our own tobacco, which was surprising. As this is marketed as an all-inclusive hotel, the expectation was that chicha would be fully provided, including tobacco.

The service is so disappointing from the room service, the beach service and the breakfast. The staff does not care about the clients. This is the 4th time we come to the hotel and it will be definitely the last time.

We have been loyal guests of this hotel for the past five years, visiting at least twice annually. Unfortunately, our experience this year was far below expectations, and the declining quality over time has been noticeable. The cleanliness around the swimming pool area was unacceptable, particularly the toilets, which were very dirty. The buffet quality has deteriorated significantly—the salad had an off-putting smell, and as a pregnant woman with a 3-year-old, this was especially concerning. The organization of the food stations was poor, with long, chaotic queues for grilled meat and seafood. Additionally, basic services like room cleaning and mini-bar refills were neglected, which was unexpected for a hotel of this standard. Lastly, the attitude of some staff members was unpleasant, contributing to an overall unwelcoming atmosphere. This stay was a bad surprise, especially given our long-term patronage. We hope management addresses these issues, as it’s disheartening to see a once-reliable hotel decline so noticeably.
