The hotel was lovely, housekeeping lady made sure pur room was cleaned every day,always nice and fresh,except for 1 day when the was off and the supervisor was 9n,room was not cleaned ..The restaurant was nice and clean,staff always made us feel welcome,food was nice,if you didn't like something there was always something else,,The desserts were amazing. I wasn't feeling to good after coming back from our trip to the saraha, and the staff were concerned and made sure that I had food sent to my room. Went above and beyond for us..

From the moment we arrived it was a wonderful oasis of calm. The room we did upgrade before arrival. It was huge and the sitting area was great. The team here are tight and focused on making your stay perfect. I highly recommend tipping the team in the dining area. We tipped £5 per day and had a table reserved for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This for us was perfect. -great food -wonderful team -amazing masseurs - clean and comfortable -helpful team - we’re going again!

We went to the Tui Suneo Royal Kenz Hotel for our first time in Tunisia as a family of four. The hotel was clean and it wasn't so crowded as it's not peak season. The staff were so polite and helpful as we arrived at 11pm and though the restaurant was closed, they made sure we ate something before we headed to bed. They were a total lifesaver when I realised I brought the wrong charging adapter for my phone so they lent one for me to use on my stay (a European two pin adapter for those wondering). My sibling and I had a room to ourselves and our parents another but, they were further down the corridor from us and so the staff were very accommodating as they let us move into the room next to our parents the next morning once they had it prepared for us. I was very grateful as not many hotels would do something like that. I should note the room we moved from and into were exactly the same so it may have been okay on that occasion as it wouldn't have affected anyone's booking. The rooms were very clean and have very comfortable beds and the bathrooms were very clean too. I have no complaints except for that the rooms were a little old fashioned and it didn't provide a kettle for making teas and coffees like other hotels and they provided a mini fridge but, it was empty. Also if you're looking to iron your clothes, you have to pay for their laundry services, they won't give you an iron so you can do it yourself, you have to give the clothes that need ironing the day before and they'll charge you per item, prices vary depending on the item of clothing. The food at the hotel was wonderful, they had lots of different world cuisines to try and the wait staff were so kind and polite ensuring we were satisfied with our meals, our tables were clean and our drinks were filled. I would mention that depending on how you had booked your holiday, you might be entitled to a free meal at the A La Carte restaurant which we had unfortunately missed out on as weren't aware that it was included so, I would contact the hotel beforehand to see if that's included in your holiday. The Tui rep at the hotel was wonderful, letting us know of the places we can do and how much to pay for them and also giving us safety tips as well which was very helpful. If you're going to the port, I'd recommend getting a taxi or wearing comfortable shoes like trainers as it's around a 30-40 minute walk from the hotel and we severally underestimated the walk but, the second time around it was fine. There's a spa and a hairdressers within the hotel which you'll have to pay for separately for their services. I did use the spa and got a little package which included massages, sauna and steam which was very relaxing. I had also had the Keratine treatment to my hair too and I think they did a pretty good job. We booked some excursions with Joseph who works within the hotel but, I think his company is seperate to tbe hotel we thought it would have been safer and he'd be able to give us l

Wow! Where to begin? This was our honeymoon and we had an incredible time! The food was fabulous, my wife keeps telling me to talk about something other than the food but it really was great and so varied. The staff, everywhere were fantastic. From the front desk, to the restaurant team to the entertainments team. We were just so Impressed. Everywhere was clean or constantly being cleaned which felt really reassuring in such a hot country. Joseph the camel man was really friendly and the camel experience was one not to be missed. A camel ride followed by traditionally baked tunisian bread and salad. And so affordable. I really describe this as a trip of a lifetime, the beach a mere 2 minute walk away and drinks, snacks and ice cream available all day. From quad biking, to camel rides, to a zulu dance show, to simply sitting by the pool and having a drink, this had everything for our honeymoon. Such a fabulous time

Well what can I say. Best holiday we have ever had. The room was clean and other than one small mishap with the towels being forgotten all was fantastic. The animation team are amazing and all bring such fun and character to the entertainment.

First time to Tunisia and so glad we chose this hotel. Had early morning flight from Glasgow so were at hotel 11.30am. Cases taken from us and into American Bar for refreshments, a 10min introduction and forms to be filled out. After this we went te reception to be informed our room not ready. To come back in half hr. No problem. We strolled round hotel getting our bearings where we came across the "snack bar" and had a bite to eat. Was so nice and fresh with a varied menu we ate lunch there every day. On going back to reception we were given keys to our room. What a lovely surprise we got. Round by The Spa. Massive newly decorated room with sea views in distance. Nothing negative to say about it. Beds, storage, bathroom & aircon 10/10. We thought the food throughout our week was fab. We never once came from breakfast or dinner saying we did not enjoy what was on offer. Loads of different parts where chefs were cooking fresh. We were given an early dinner slot and asked straight away to change to later time nps. Queued one night to get into the restaurant. A whole 5mins lol. Not a problem. Queue up in every hotel ive ever been to on holiday at night for evening meal. People rant about "The Locals". All we saw was couples and families of all different nationalities enjoying their holidays. My only slight gripe was the alcohol and cocktail choices but wasn't the be all and end all. We got by with the help of our duty free we took over . Every morning we headed to beach for few hrs. Never stepped on such white sand and readily available loungers along with a snack bar and drinks bar. Back to pool in afternoon, again the lifeguard always helped get us loungers by the main pool. First time ever did not have to get up at silly o'clock to reserve beds which was also a huge plus. Entertainment staff work so hard and like other posts said if you do not want to participate it was fine, still had time for a "hello". Most of our money we cashed was for tips for members of staff and a few souvenirs from hotel shop which we thought was very reasonably priced. We also booked our camel trip in English money through Joseph at the poolside and was worth every penny just for the experience. Lastly The Royal Kenz should be so proud of every member of their staff. They are an asset to the hotel. From reception, cleaners, bars, restaurants, beach, lifeguards and entertainment. Hope have not missed anyone out. We enjoyed our week so much we are going to return for two weeks next year.
