Suasane and Danya are the most helpful staff, and have made our stay very welcoming, and they're charity work at the lobby is next too non, we know now that this is a hotel to recommend if they both are working, once again Susanne and Danya have made our experience amazing.

I've stayed in this premier inn a lot of times over the past 2 years (100 plus) and I can honestly say the staff overall are fantastic. Can't remember all names but on this trip Rabina (I'm so sorry I think I'm spelling it wrong) went above and beyond your usual receptionist. She is welcoming, with a smile and always willing to help with whatever you need. A total credit to the premier inn team, as they all are, just a nightmare with names. First class. 👍

Very friendly, and truly caring staffing at the Hotel. Comfortable and clean rooms. If you needed anything, the staff were very quick to accommodate. Having the meal deals with the Beefeater Restaurant was fabulous. The staff in the Restaurant were also very polite, efficient, and caring staff. If there was a concern with your food; it was dealt with very quickly. On an overall rating I give my stay a 5 Star++++ experience.

Everything was as you would expect from a Premier Inn apart from the evening meal. We were so disappointed instead of staying there on the way back home from the Highlands we elected to continue our long journey home, despite having paid.

Stayed for two nights, first to attend Scotland game at Hampden(20 mins drive away) and the second just to visit Glasgow. Great location for both. Although you have to pay for parking, it is a very small amount for a pay and display car park, so no real issue. Hotel is easy to find from M74. Room was well appointed and very modern. Plenty of usb and power sockets all round room. Good rainfall shower and comfortable bed. Had good and quiet 2 nights sleep. Will defo be using again.

My family and I stayed for a night. Beds where great, we enjoyed a good cooked breakfast. The staff was very friendly. All for a fair price!

I attend the worlds and stay here all the time great staff and tidy rooms with great food, the pub area is a safe place and secure.

We stayed at this premier inn as it was only 50 minutes away from Edinburgh and we were attending the festival. The location close to the main road makes it easy to come and go. The price was fanatic and much more reasonable than others, especially in Edinburgh. The staff welcome was warm and the rooms spotless and clean. Fantastic nights sleep here with air con and black out curtains. Will definitely stay here again.
