The solar panels make the house energy efficient. Central vacuum cleaner. From the kitchen you can access the terrace facing east, where an awning protects against the sun. There is also protection against the wind. There is a pathway leading down to the white, sandy beach. One of the double beds can be found on a landing by the stairs to the 1st floor.
