من افضل الفنادق اللي سكنت فيها قريب من الشاطىء قريب من المطاعم والغرفة كانت كبيرة وفيها شرفة والاطلالة كانت على البحر وجميع الذين في الاستقبال متعاونين بإختصار الكل متعاون

本來對酒店服務和和房間衞生都是滿意的，但在退房時服務員聲稱我們的房間少了一條毛巾，要求我們賠償，不讓我們離開，我們極力解釋入住時本來房間就沒有這條毛巾，後來耽誤了十五分鐘服務員才查實他們之前漏放了這條毛巾在我們的房間。酒店工作人員因為他們自己的工作失誤耽誤了我們的時間，導致一天的好心情都沒有了，而且並沒有向我們表示歉意，這點很不滿意。這樣的態度和處理方法讓人無法接受，作為酒店，你不能要求住客證明自己沒有偷房間裏本來就沒有的物品

客房乾淨，設備簡約時尚，早餐真的太簡單，沒甚可吃。這年代竟然還是用沖調式咖啡。桌上擺著咖啡杯確要自己拿杯去餐檯倒咖啡？有點怪。還好餐廳服務員服務態度親切、勤快。

Booking đặt từ tối hôm trước nhưng mấy tiếng sau lễ tân vẫn không tìm ra được booking. Vì mình đặt cho nhóm mấy người và đúng ngày lễ nên cũng khá là lo lắng và đã nhắn tin cho Trip.com. Chỉ sau 10’ nhân viên Trip đã nhắn lại và cho số confirmation của khách sạn. Sáng hôm sau Sales của khách sạn cũng đã gọi điện lại để xác nhận lại. 2 Suites được ở cạnh nhau và mọi thứ đều ổn. Cảm ơn Trip vì service rất tốt !!!
