Best Western Premier Sapphire Ha Long anmeldelser

It was nice. The staffs were friendly. And there are outdoor pool and indoor pool. It is cold these season but there is a warm pool inside so it is useful. There was a few restaurant near there. But you can find store if you go next building in residence. 친절하고 청결한 호텔이에요. 실내수영장도 있어서 추울 때도 이용 할 수 있어요. 실내수영장도 물 차갑지만 온수풀 자쿠지가 작게 있어서 노는덴 괜찮았어요. 옆 레지던스 가면 조그만한 슈퍼 있고, 좀 나가면 식당들 있어요

The room is large, the restaurant and the location are normal. There is no service at the hotel. They gave us the key to the room, we went to the 17th floor. The key didn't work, the girl at the reception said I don't know how to use the key. We went down and changed the key for us. It doesn't work again, the manager got up with us and doesn't work either. She replaced room on the 10th floor, I’m not agree. The manager came and moved us to the 18th floor (thanks so much, she’s very polite) We booked two nights in this hotel, and the next day when we came back from the marathon, our key doesn't work again, because because of the incompetent staff, we were checked in for one night😂😂

They cancelled us the morning that we were supposed to stay there. The excuses were unreasonable and their was no conact or emails from the hotel until the morning that we were supposed to stay there. This is unexcusable from this hotel or Best Western. Beware of booking this hotel. They can cancel you at last minute.

Can’t go wrong with a 5 star hotel, services and amenities as expected. Large and comfortable rooms with great views. Close to many seafood restaurants.

I have booked room for for 2 adults, 2 children (7 and 5 years old). My girl born 30dec 2018, the reception asking me that they called its 6 years old and taking 12usd service charge but not given any invoice. It was a horrible experience when we check out at 12pm after a long day.

Perfect stay at the hotel. Perfect locaties, kind staff and perfect indoor and outdoor swimming pool.

Receptionist could have been more friendly

The hotel is placed on the opposite side to most amenities in Ha long bay. That said it’s a beautiful get away and excellent value for money. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants along the strip and the hotel provides good value food and drinks. The two pools are excellent for relaxing after a busy day site seeing. The hotel staff are great and will help with most things. Overall a fantastic short stay. If you come here make sure you have the grab app as it’s the cheapest and easiest way to get from one side of the bay to another. Last but no means least do pay extra for a bay view it’s well worth it!!!

A really well maintained hotel, very clean. Service is relatively good compared to other hotel in the country. Balcony view of the Bay is amazing and it is facing the sunset.

Everything was OK. Very clean, close to beach and the center of city. Breakfast was very fresh. Thanks for everything.

Khách sạn phục không tốt lắm khách sạn 5 sao  check in không có ly nước mời khách uống!Phong vieue đẹp sạch sẽ nhưng nước nóng không đủ tắm bồn !

去墨爾本和美國科羅拉多大峽谷住過這個酒店，印象深刻，這次在下龍灣入住是第三次！灣景小套房給我們一家三口提供了非常舒適的入住感受，小陽台正對藍色海面，端杯咖啡坐看日出霞光、夕陽餘暉、船行舟漾，愜意美好！酒店早餐非常豐盛，我們每天早上都很享受慢悠悠的早餐時光！
