Despite positioning itself as a 5 star hotel, it lacks in all the worst way possible. 1. Rooms are not clean at all. Hair and dust remain. 2. Soundproofing is bad - every night you could hear the disco from the beach till 2am. Doesnt help if you're a light sleeper. 3. Aircon doesn't work - 25 is too hot and stuffy while 24 is too cold. 4. Check in and check out took 1 hour. The receptionist refused to provide an invoice despite having paid at hotel. 5. The breakfast buffet was lukewarm. Food basically repeats. 6. Gym is non-functional at all. 7. Spa/massage is a scam - even attempted to offer dirty massage when no one asked for it. Refused refund. All in all, avoid this place at all cost.

Last minute booking. Hotel and staff were great. We had an ocean view room, some noise from what seemed to be a karaoke bar nearby but we still slept well

Great hotel, central location, staff are very friendly and helpful, excellent customer service. Gym equipment needs updating, treadmills not working, cable machine broke, and you have to pay extra for the steam room & sauna, not much, but it is in the spa and part of a package.

Excellent facility with a helpful dedicated staff. Breakfast buffet was multi-national and a chef was on hand for omelets, etc.

시설은 가격대비 훌륭했고, 무엇보다 고층에서 바라보는 전면 하롱베이 오션뷰와 썬월드가 한눈에 조망되는 전경이 정말 인상적이었어요. 다른게 아쉬운 부분이 있더라도 보상이 될 정도였어요. 호텔앞에도 식당가가 즐비하여 좋았습니다.

第一次到下龍灣旅遊，無意間選擇了這家酒店入住，竟然有意外的驚喜，酒店地理位置非常好，門口就是纜車園區入口，另外一邊就是一排商店及各式餐廳，距離夜市也不是很遠，酒店格局及裝修氣派，房間很大床鋪軟硬適當睡的非常舒適，酒店入住含早餐品類眾多，當天遇見大堂經理Thu值班，非常熱情是個有温度好客的人，服務意識極強主動熱情，當我們遇到麻煩時義無反顧的一一幫我們解決了所有的問題，真的非常感激她，真的是一個非常好的體驗，下次有機會來下龍灣，會再預訂這家酒店，希望到時候還能巧遇Thu,謝謝了我們後會有期

環境跟國內200的水平，服務不行，下單就不退錢，強制加錢不提高服務質量，不讓小孩入住，我們説沒有吃飯先辦入住放行李再找一間酒店，對方衹知道加錢，並且不讓小孩去房間放行李！小1000的價格體驗非常差！再也不來了

호텔은깨끗하고좋으나직원들친절도는보통이네요 수영장은분위기도좋고만족하고힐링이되었으나 택시가바가지를썼네요 시내나가는데6만동이면되는데10달러달라하고안한다하니 15만동달라는데알고보니바가지를썼네요 역시베트남 ᆢ가격알아보고잘다녀야할거같네요

第一次在下龍入住。 是下龍地區算是最新且高檔的飯店。 面海無敵海景、隔音效果也很好 房間雖然不大，但也是很足夠使用，夠寬敞了。 下次有機會再來。
