The place was great. The morning breakfast had a lot of variety but not too much western food. The restaurants they had were great and the quality of food was great. The speedboats going to and from the islands are always operating which is very convenient. The only downside would be the spa, we booked a 3 hour package and it was not that great. They were not very well trained. And the bedroom we had seemed to have bedbugs. They offered for us to go see the clinic they had on site but we didn’t have enough time. It was a good experience. Wouldn’t stay again though. But the pools were beautiful and the little private beach made it worth it.

Five star resort. The service was exceptional. They were so accommodating. I had several travel woes and they assisted me with them all. I will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Ha Long.

Why did no one tell me that I couldn't bring food to the island and I had to pay extra for it after so many correspondences? Because we booked 10 rooms. So I specifically notified the name of each room. Why was not ready when I arrived at the hotel? Also front desk charged 2 times for our dinner buffet.please make sure refund.

We stayed for 3 nights and really loved this place. Staff members were extremely kind and helpful. Food was great in both the breakfast hall and the Italian restaurant. However, there are a few things we want to point out. First of all, the indoor swimming pool water was really filthy. That really needs to be improved. Furthermore, the sauna and steam room area was not properly attended to. Towels were piled and hair was everywhere on the floor in sauna area. The Jacuzzi water was not hot enough. Also the steam room and dry sauna were not hot enough. In addtion, the balcony in our room was terribly dirty. We tried to clean it ourselves but gave up because it was not possible to clean them with just tissue paper. Staff did however send someone to wash the balcony table, chairs, floors and rails and we are grateful for that. Despite some drawbacks, we really enjoyed out stay. Overall this is a really lovely hotel and as already stated, the staff are wonderful.

Luxurious hotel, outstanding service with mesmerising views from multiple private beaches.

This hotel will offer you an entirely unique experience. It’s is a beautiful island facing Halong Bay, it can’t get much better than that.

The hotel is located on a small island next to Halong city. Only a 5-10 minute ride from the check in building on the mainland. The hotel offers this free shuttle ferry running every 20 minutes from and to the island. The hotel has nice facilities and very nice landscape. The only drawback is the cleanliness of the room. I feel the room is not clean enough and not matching the 5-star tag and the price we paid. The breakfast is really good with a lot of variety of foods to choose from.

So beautiful resort with the amazing view! The service also as good as the name of Vin-pearl! I will come here again as soon as possible!

We had an amazing time there, service was excellent, staff were very polite and accommodating. We extended our stay because of our wonderful experience.

Excellent hotel, real 5 stars, service 10, clean 10, view 10, everything is good and high quality, we came back again, really recommended, an experience that is hard to forget.

We truly had an amazing experienced and celebration for our Wedding anniversary and my husband’s birthday all together. The accomodation and staff did an awesome service… we highly recommend this resort to all our chums back home and everyone!!!!
