Courtyard Halifax Downtown

We had a very bad experience with this hotel. When we arrived we asked the staff at front desk about car parking and we were told that there was no parking space and we had to go looking for an off street parking ourselves. We had a long time driving and this was the first time to Halifax and everything was new to us. How could we handle this issue? However, the staff seemed it was not a big issue and even not willing to give any more details about off street parking. I couldn't believe this thing happen at such a luxury hotel.
