Property is nice but some experiences are bad like, nobody me to my room, floor mat or towel was not there in the room, no ventilation in washroom etc.

Scenic location, one of the best room layouts and upholstery, heated beds, bonfires, good food and responsible staff. Situated bang on the mall road, just across the road to the nainital club entrance, good fresh food and courteous staff.

Hotel staff was not appropriate. But still works fine. Hotel rooms are not expected from the hotel. As they shown in the picture.

Very poor and delayed service during the lunch time in the restaurant. Drinking water of just 2 small bottles not sufficient for 3 adults in one room. No water for making tea so use the same small 2 bottles for tea and for drinking during the peak summers. Wifi very poor and unable to connect.

Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. We stayed in a great room which was comfortable. Really nice breakfast . The only downside is that there was a little musty or damp smell in our room. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.
