Breakfast at cafe Pride was a fantastic experience, largely due to the wonderful service provided by Diksha goswami and Server tanishka . Diksha goswami greeted us warmly and ensured our reservation was ready on time. She even recommended the chef's special masala dosa, which turned out to be the best masala dosa I’ve ever had—light, crispy, and stuffed with a lots of veggies. Both of them worked together seamlessly to create a memorable breakfast experience. I’ll definitely return because of their outstanding service!

Good experience having excellent in staff behaviour , neatly room and food quality is very good . Will strongly recomend for stay and feel comfort just like Home out of home while having on trip of business or on family trip . Please keep it up and all the best for whole hotel team 👍

Food was good and specially pankaj and kanishka thanks for the lovely treatment Room was so decent and cleaned They have even stretched the restaurant timings fir us to serve us in a better way Really amazed with the services And the hotel location was so good

Excellent service. Very hospitable. The hotel is very hygienic and clean. Though the hotel in on the main road, yet privacy of rooms are well maintained. No noise polution. The hotel is in the downtown of Haldwani. All branded showrooms and shopping malls are in walking distance. I would advise the travellers to consider this hotel for your upcoming trips. Staff is helpful with good behavior. Tanishka and Pankaj helped. They have a positive attitude. They are honest for their work. Food is also good they prepare it very well. Tansihka serve food in a very good way Good place to stay i like it always you recommend

Excellent stay and food. Mr pankaj and Zuber were so humble and sophisticated. Enjoyed the dinner.All the facilities were provided very conveniently. Although it was peak season for new year but they managed very well. I love the amenities and room quality
