Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Onsen 10/10 Food 10/10 Would highly recommend to anyone who is passing through the area!

It’s a bit hard to find the hotel location. The dinner was fabulous with fresh beef.

Excellent breakfasts and dinner . Generous meal portion with good quality food especially beef served during dinner. . Not many rooms in this Ryokan, hence quiet place to rest and relax. Spacious Japanese style room with cozy beds .

Im very sad. I lost my chanel earing in the hotel. I had a picture upon checkout that i did not wear my earing upon checkout and i remembered i forgotten to wear my earing before checkout which i placed at tv cabinet. I had called the hotel immediately when i realised it through a local japanese (as the hotel cannot speak well fluent in english) and i hope they could revert me whether they are able to locate my earing. After many days, there is no calls from them or even an email. I’m very sad. Checkin in time 3pm check out time 10pm. 9.30am next day morning public bath is already not allowed even before checkout time as the management walked in and stopped my husband to bath. Dinner beef shabu2 is good and breakfast is reasonable quality. Public bath only. Self drive is only convenient for this hotel. I wish the management could contact is if they found my earing at room 204 tv cabinet. Tq.

Very traditional Japanese Hotel. We booked through Trip but didn't know we need to specify the dinner meal plan. When we arrived staff told us can only have pork, no beef due to booking. With disappointment we tried to ask for beef but they are short of materials. Staff was very friendly and helped us get a small portion of beef seeing that we were very disappointed. Surprisingly pork tasted better than beed that night.😃 The hotel was small, only 7 rooms. Hot spring room traditional style and separate by gender. A good deal of price in this area. Food was of high quality.

The room was clean and spacious. A little bit far away from the main street. Driving was essential. the Japanese style breakfast and dinner was delicious.

A bit out of the way but the staff is great. You probably need a car if staying there. The breakfast is good, pretty fresh. If you need dinner the staff can have a local restaurant pick you up so that’s nice. Terrific views. Traditional rooms. Just be prepared to take the bus anywhere.

I stayed in Japanease style room and it was amazing, also the food that was served in Breakfast and Dinner were in Japanease style. Staff were best and supportive

Beds were so soft despite being on the floor. Onsen was lovely - well stocked

It was perfect! Stayed with my parents on the first day of our Japan trip. We were hosted with great service and delicious dinner. Room was clean and very comfortable and loved the onsen bath. The water was very good and my skin felt so good after bath. Thank you so much for the great service, we had an unforgettable memory from this place. The view was beautiful and we also enjoyed having breakfast watching the nature view. Highly recommend!!

日式小酒店，類似於民宿一共就七間房。早餐晚餐在一個地方吃，傳統的日式餐食，味道無功無過，餐廳服務人員服務超級好！有求必應，耐心等待解答！酒店房間很寬敞，日式的榻榻米，裝修有點年代感，房間沒有淋浴，有個衞生間，陽台有個洗漱台。温泉是男女分開的公共温泉，洗完出來還是有點冷的。很喜歡的日式小酒店！

首先地理位置還是比較偏僻的，不過根據map上的路線能順利找到。感謝之前分享的網友提前告知了會有一段極限上坡，所以總體來説還算符合預期。 房間佈置的非常傳統日式，榻榻米+小陽台，非常温馨，可以坐下來吃點東西，也可以靜靜欣賞窗外的美景！ 温泉是天然硫磺温泉，非常舒服～而且來這家酒店的都是日本人還有歐洲人，可想而知還是比較正宗的一家箱根温泉酒店～ 最後，一泊兩食yyds！店家準備的餐飲非常精緻可口，還有免費的水、咖啡和茶包，有機會會再來！
