懷石料理儀式感十足，酒店私密性很高，晚餐和早餐都在房間裏，所以也沒有酒店公共空間。泡湯很舒服，適合情侶出遊。

物超所值！絕對是舒適的享受。愛了愛了，會經常回來的。

已經評論過一部分了，見圖片！需要補充的是，中途我還是強裝鎮定帶着孩子走出房間去找工作人員，完全找不到，一個人都沒有，也沒有前台。電話也打不通。因為卧室外面連着外面的小路（見圖2），我衹是想確認安全，結果酒店完全找不到服務人員，太嚇人了！如果真的有危險，真的難以想象，又在山裡麪。

服務無可挑剔，每個人都非常專業且熱情。酒店沒有什麼公共區域可以逛，衹能開車出去玩耍看風景。訂了兩個房間，這個房間大平層，可以吸煙，老公很滿足，早晚餐非常豐盛，很滿足。今天離店才發現連鞋子都幫忙擦的非常乾淨，像新的一樣

除了貴，其他一切都很好，但是一樓衹放了個床墊，讓人不理解

非常差的酒店，避雷❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️ 這間房間有股潮濕的味道，晚上去陰森森的，非常嚇人❗️衞生環境也是…一般般 拒絕入住之後，他們的店員説回商量退款，攜程境外客服再打電話過去，他們不同意退款了。

服務態度非常好，酒店很寬敞，温泉非常熱，餐飲很好吃。推薦大家度假就來這裏！

Perfection. This luxury ryokan in Hakone is a hidden sanctuary, nestled among lush trees and almost enchanted by the gentle sounds of nature. Every detail is highly curated —from the exceptional in-room kaiseki meals to the outstanding wine selection in the complimentary minibar. Our room was a large suite, with a California king size bed and an 400 sq ft bathroom featuring dual rainfall showers. The crown jewel is a fully private open-air tub fed by natural hot spring water. The venue is surrounded by mesmerizing forest views. Pure bliss. The staff is very kind, discreet, and genuinely attentive. An unforgettable experience of calm, comfort, and total privacy. We came out entirely regenerated.

Phenomenal stay! We spent 2 nights in the Hime room at the end of April 2025, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely relaxed. The service was exceptional—someone greeted us at the gates to carry our bags, and we were escorted straight to our room where check-in was done. We were offered a welcome drink and dessert, which was a lovely touch. The mini fridge was stocked with a great selection of beverages, including wine, beer, sparkling wine, tea, juice, and sparkling water. We had both dinner and breakfast in our room, and the meals were excellent. The dinner did take a bit longer than we expected, but that’s just because we typically prefer a quicker meal. The staff went above and beyond to help us—arranging bus times, assisting with booking a taxi, and quickly fulfilling our requests for a humidifier, memory foam pillow, and supplies for a sprained ankle. The room was very clean, well maintained, spacious, and stunning. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the room and onsen and wished we could've spent longer there.
