The front desk staff at this hotel significantly impacted our stay in a negative way. When a miscommunication with Trip.com left my son off the booking, they refused to check and demanded additional payment. To make matters worse, the staff member complained about us to their colleagues right in front of my family, thinking nobody understood Japanese. Additionally, we were only provided with 2 mattresses after housekeeping despite paying for 3 people. This experience was very disappointing, highlighting their poor communication within departments. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. This was the worst service I have encountered from front desk staff.
