Photos from previous reviews are accurate , location is great. Bus stops and train stations are very nearby. Please visit this hotel. Easy to find also. Lovely private hot bath, room is spacious for Japanese standards

Hotel is new, 9mins walk from train station. Staff are nice and helpful. Can be more knowledgeable about traveling, food and other tourist activities in the area in my opinion. English is also not super good.

Beautiful stay and amazing location! Hotel was very new and modern, extremely comfortable and cozy! Will definitely stay here next visit and recommend to friends Hotel does not have parking within its premises, it’s about a 5 min walk away at an outdoor site

很乾凈，前台態度也超好。離箱根湯本站比較近，周圍葯店便利店都有很方便~就是換氣關不掉，吹了一晚上冷風第二天嗓子就説不出話了。。

居然無窗，酒店預訂頁面沒有提示。勝在房間設計感滿滿，燈光和色調高級，洗浴區域和睡眠區做出了高度差，並不讓人感到無窗的壓抑。缺點是沒有大堂，沒有設施，沒有服務。

彼と2人で泊まりましたが、とても良かったです。最初に画像だけで見た時は、お風呂はガラス張り…？と思っていたのですが、カーテンで隠すことができたので気にならなかったです。広すぎず狭すぎず過ごしやすかったです。 アメニティセットの匂いがとても好みでした。

在箱根湯本鎮上比較裏面的地方，如果開車前往的這個酒店的停車場不是特別方便，要走上一個五分鐘的小坡。訂的是三樓（頂樓）的户外温泉房，室內還行，晚上去户外泡温泉的時候有很多昆蟲拜訪，還包含了小強🪳

價格過高，設施環境很一般，房間自帶的露台温泉非常普通，還需要上下樓梯，非常不方便，且無景觀可言。餐廳也沒開放，入住體驗完全不值這個價位。下次不會選。

One big WOW . We weren’t expected , the outside hotel doesn’t look much but when but when you’re entering the hotel entering the reception. It’s like a secret maze. The atmosphere smells and the decoration are marvelous. We got a room that was designed like a modern Japanese house with all the facilities and with a lot of taste. The smells in the room remind you health center in the atmosphere is marvelous

If you expect a normal hotel, this is not a normal hotel. Everything is dark, there is almost no light. The reception is very small and check-in is from 5 pm. It is very expensive. It is very much designed for people who go to relax and not for tourists who go to visit the area. More expensive for what they give (they don't serve breakfast or lunch, only dinner).

I was given impression it a Ryokan with Onsen. The hotel is very modern and very small the room. Me and my wife have to crawl to the bed because there is no space to walk to your bed. The Onsen is just a bathtub made of bamboo. This place is not worth the price I paid. My wife and I decided to to forfeit one more day because we merely feeling claustrophobic in the room. Please do not stay in this hotel it is not worth the money

Muy nuevo y súper tecnológico. Todo de calidad y diseńo. No dan desayuno, y eso puede ser un problema porque no hay cerca nada que abra pronto por la mañana. El espacio es realmente mínimo. Sorprende que te den una llave de madera, que ocupa mucho, en vez de una tarjeta. Se ve que la puerta tiene otros métodos de apertura, pero o no los usan o no te explican cómo usarlo
