The perfect room for a perfect view of the beautiful autumn view !!! Excellent is the right word

Very spacious room complete with sofa, small dining table, microwave, water kettle, fridge and etc. Very suitable to stay after Gotemba shopping trip as there is plenty of room for packing of shopping item. 😄

It is not easy to find restaurants or convenience store around the Hotel, and may not easy to find the location as well.

Dirty hotel, unclean bed sheets. There was holes in the wall above the beds. Not an ideal location if you want to be near other places

The room was really spacious and well-equipped with kitchen supplies, dining area, lounge area, balcony, beds, shower and toilet. The staff was really polite and friendly. We paid extra for the onsen. It was located outside of the building so it was really cold to walk from the main building to the onsen. But the onsen was nice and cozy, clean as well. Location was convenient, near kombinis and food places. The drive there was decent and easy as well.

The hotel is really nice up in the hills, that can be a downside to having to commute through bus or taxi because the nearest convenience store is a 30min walk. Plus it’s an uphill inclined walk to get there too if your taking the bus. Overall nice stay though.

很棒的酒店🏨房間好大呀，配備了廚房完全可自己做飯吃，冰箱，微波爐，電飯煲，炒菜鍋，盆子小碗全都配齊，在箱根這個酒店｜性價比超高！非常喜歡這個酒店，還有可泡湯的温泉♨️真的太好啦很舒服……完美，下次還會來住😊

開車才能到達，位置很安靜，房間超大，可以帶食材自己做飯，全家出遊的話很合適。浴池在停車場後邊，不太大，但是人很少，可以看見山景。服務很親切，前台熟練使用英語翻譯器交流無障礙。

房間大而設備齊全，雖然沒有餐食供應，但外出晚餐亦很方便，到附近超市購物，並準備早餐的材料，晚上浸溫泉亦超越我的期待，非常高性價比！但只適合自駕游旅客。

酒店房間很大，有簡易廚房，適合家庭出遊，雖然設施略顯陳舊，但是維護的不錯，很多細節能夠感受到貼心的服務，比如三種不同類型的拖鞋（分別適用泡湯及日常使用場景）、為全家準備的浴衣及居家服、隨處放置的手抽紙巾等很方便，公共浴池稍顯小一些，但是在不繁忙的時段使用還是很愜意的。總的來説很適合自駕的家庭出行的遊客。

非常非常糟糕的酒店，在箱根的山上坐大巴上去，要差不多半個小時，盤山公路，周邊非常荒涼，沒有飯店，所謂的温泉，實際就是一個很小的，大概20平米左右的一個泡澡的水池，室內的空氣非常憋悶，孩子泡了一下，就感覺頭暈，馬上就出來了。而且原本在攜程預訂的是三大一小到了現場之後説是預訂單上顯示衹有一人，預訂的那個房間能住下四個人也不讓住，説是什麼法律規定，硬逼着換了差不多一倍的價格，換了一個超大的房間。當天晚飯在前台買了兩個方便麪，早餐是步行大概要30多分鐘出去一個便利店買了一點吃了，體驗糟透了。這種酒店衹適合當地人自駕，自己做飯，根本不適合外國遊客。

環境很不錯，比我想像中大。 但地理位置有些遠，需要走一段路，如果東西比較多會很麻煩。 但性價比高，下次有機會會再住。
