Staff in the restaurant are excellent. Speak good English and is very friendly and willing to help and serve at all times. We forgot the breakfast time ends at 9am and we only started 8.30am. The old lady in the restaurant kindly offered us to bring unfinished food back to our room to finish them. She even brought us tissue papers making sure we have everything we need. The onsen is nice and in traditional Japanese style. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely come again.

My only regret is not booking the room for more days! ❤️ Pros: very close to the tram station; the room with the open air bath is spacious, clean, and sooo lovely; the public bath was clean; the staff were very nice, shoutout to Julie for explaining everything to us; the breakfast was good; i loved the little things: the charming yukatas, the snacks, the loose leaf tea, a lot of thought was put into it Cons: idk. only because im nitpicking but the hotel’s a bit old which adds to the whole vibe of the room we stayed in. 100/10… definitely coming back and seeing all the Hakodate spots we missed because of our short stay and staying here again

Room size is suitable for two people, beds are comfortable. There are two onsens, outdoor and indoor.

Good onsen facilities and breakfast with plenty of options. Also located close to the airport (by car) with some restaurants nearby to choose from within walking distance. Room was spacious and the bedding were comfortable. Reception was fluent in Mandarin so no problem in raising any requests.

Super nice hot spring resort

地點方便，於函館搭市電到湯之泉溫泉站下車，過馬路行3分鐘便到。當天下雨，職員見到我們在門口便立即出來協助，有懂中文的職員，並帶我們到房間。酒店舒適，早餐及晚餐都很豐富及美味，各位職員都很友善有禮。下次到函館會再入住！

服務非常好，到門口就會幫忙拿行李，並幫忙送到房間，並且帶去房間的過程會介紹酒店設施，前台的張女士以及餐廳的幾位工作人員都會説中文，提供很好的幫助，十分感謝 酒店設備比較老了，但維護的很好，大浴場不錯，餐食中規中矩但對得起價格，唯一沒想到的是第二天晚餐竟然沒第一天好吃，可能是選品的原因，個人不太能接受豬肉火鍋和罐裝水果作甜品 總體十分推薦，位置也方便，性價比也很好

花菱酒店是我們這次北海道旅最稱讚的酒店！酒店雖然不在繁華地段，有軌電車直達，距離車站不遠，交通算是便利的。温泉更是有驚喜，值得推薦哦！

機場大巴湯之川站下車8分鐘左右就可以到。酒店很大，温泉也不錯。酒店還有會中文的服務生，有賓至如歸的感覺

フロントには中国語を話せるスタッフもいらっしゃるので安心でした。部屋も綺麗でしたし、温泉も好きな時に入浴できたので、ちょっと奮発してよかったと思います。食事も美味しかった!!

交通比預期的方便很多，電車下來就是，離熱帶植物園800米，走路10分鐘以內，後面也有便利店，還是比較方便的，房間也蠻大的，格局很傳統非常舒適。前台有個會中文的小姐姐，很nice。週末也都是日本當地人多，早餐也算豐富，性價比很高，值得一住！

設施：環境非常好，一樓有温泉，温泉裏面室內和室外都有，一樓還有個透明玻璃看出去的小花園，看雪景非常浪漫 衞生：很乾凈，大堂經理説剛翻新的榻榻米 服務：大堂經理非常熱情，是中國人，一直把我們送到房間，還挨個介紹了酒店的設施等 一樓有生活用品超市和特產店，周邊有個一字文拉麪
