Hotel staff friendly. Good location. Easy accessing. Will recommend to friends.

The staff was very friendly and kind. We stayed in two rooms which the air-con didnt seem to work. The front staff offered two fans for us. The facilities are definitely very dated. I think people are booking this hotel because of the breakfast and the staff. There is late night DIY ramen, quite fun for kids to do themselves. And it actually tasted pretty good.

Super awesome! Although I booked one-bed room, the counter still offered me two-bed room for free. Let me have a larger space to make my luggage well. Thank you so much, give me a unforgettable memory during my first trip in Hokodate!

Extremely satisfied. This hotel is perfect and very good value for money especially if you drive as the parking space is plenty and free. Room comes with a small but comfy bathtub. Free soft drinks and coffee in the lobby, late night DIY ramen for free too. Breakfast is brilliant for a 3 star hotel. Most guest and Japanese I noticed.

Hotel is quite old, breakfast is really good with lots of variety.

Quite old hotel, and a little far from the JR station (walking will take ~13 mins), but the breakfast is great and the room is decent size. From the window, I can see the ocean side. Considering the price I paid, I am happy with this option.

Service was really good; there’s shio ramen that you can cook yourself for supper, and also karaoke! Location was slightly further from the JR station, but it was a good walk!

2025年2月24日に420号室に宿泊しましたが、チェックイン時のフロントスタッフの対応と言葉遣いが良くありませんでした。 部屋に入ると髪の毛が落ちており、お風呂も汚れていました。 こんな宿泊施設に泊まったのは残念で、正直もったいないと感じました。とても人にはおすすめできず、困っています。

ถึงโรงแรมจะดูไม่ใหม่ เฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม่ทันสมัย เตียงเก่า แต่ห้องพักสะอาด เฟอร์นิเจอร์อุปกรณ์ต่างๆสะอาด และเดินทางไปโดยขับรถไปเองมีที่จอดรถฟรีสถานที่กว้างขวางเพียงพอ อาหารเช้ารสชาติดี มีมุมซาชิมิให้ทานไม่อั้นตั้งแต่เช้า ดีมากเลยค่ะ

房間挺大的（跟其他日本飯店比）早餐挺好的有一些刺身.裝潢看起來有點年紀但打掃的很乾淨..硬要說點缺點那可能是離車站有一小段距離..當走路散散步.👍

離海邊走走五六分鐘的樣子，位置較好，客房乾淨寬敞，價格不貴，有免費的咖啡、飲料、有免費的夜宵拉麪 ，早餐比較豐富，刺身很新鮮，挺好吃的

位置離火車站還有景點都有點距離的老酒店，但位置算是唯一硬傷（樓道的顏色也有點詭異），房間極大，可能為了提升在函館的競爭力，附加服務很驚人，可以免費借自行車、全天有免費多樣的飲料，付費的自助早餐每天都有點變化，而且種類很多，包含當地的各種魷魚特產、函館牛奶，宵夜時段還有免費的函館鹽拉麪。 考慮的價格，這個性價比真的無可挑剔！

약간 오래된 티가 났지만, 그래도 나머지 부분들은 너무 좋았어요 다음에 온다면 또 오고 싶네요 서비스가 정말 좋아요 ㅎㅎ
