It’s just next to JR Hakodate station, bus terminus is just in front of the hotel and the city tram stop is within 5 mins walking distance. The morning fish market is just nearby across the road from JR Hakodate station. The buffet breakfast is good with a wide variety including frozen grapes, frozen berries etc. Also, the Hakodate Tourist Information Center is located within JR Hakodate Station. I made full use of my 2D 1N stay in Hakodate by purchasing the “Hakodate Special Ticket 2025”(はこだてスペシャルチケット2025) from the Tourist Information Center. The ticket includes "Transportation Ticket" City Tram 1-Day Pass + "12-Points Ticket" (1 point = ¥250) and covers admission fees to Goryokaku Tower, Old Public Hall of Hakodate Ward and Mt. Hakodate Ropeway (two-way).

The hotel is very close to JR Hakodate, you can see the hotel from the station, the hotel is very nice and there is a great Onsen on the top floor

Located right beside Hakodate Station, airport bus arrive straight right beside it, super easy to access Hakodate Station, tram, walking distance to convenient stores and restaurants. The hotel is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Onsen is so nice. I recommend this hotel.

Room was small but comfortable, loved the hot bath but it was a little too hot, breakfast is pretty decent too. Nothing much to do in Hakodate though.

This hotel located just right outside the Hakodate JR Station. 2mins walk from JR station and 5 mins walk from morning market. Room is clean, big and spacious with all the basic necessities. There is a tub in the room and shower, there is also a onsen bath separate for men and women. Also included is a simple breakfast. Hotel did provide the free shuttle bus to airport, but need to confirm the timing with frontdesk. The service not available every day.

Great location and nice onsen with basic amenities but good for tourist stays

Location is great. The staff were friendly and helpful. 

Excellent location as the hotel is right in front of the Hakodate JR station. The hotel also came with free hot spring accessible for all guests. However the room is quite small with little room for packing luggages. The toilet is also small. There is free coffee that allows you to take away at the ground floor (note the coffee machine is opened in the morning 6-10am, and then available 3pm- 10pm).

It was my last night in Hokkaido and I just wanna find some place near to the station for a rest. This was literally outside Hakodate station. One of the best izakayas I’ve visited was right across the hotel. Saw it off google map and it brought me so much joy that night. Please visit the old couple’s izakaya in the food mall. That aside, this hotel also offers an amazing spread of buffet breakfast. I was spoilt for choice. Thank you for the stay. Highly recommended!
