Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's spending a day or two in Hakodate, for its strategic location, spacious rooms and vast amount of amenities available. The hotel is about 5 mins on foot from the JR station, but just a word of caution if you're travelling with big luggage during snowy times then 5 minutes might feel like it's 15 minutes! The room itself was spacious with basic amenities, but they have free coffee / tea machine on ground floor and in the lounge on L17. Room was clean. Hot spring on L18 was also awesome, with fantastic view overlooking the "million dollar" Hakodate night view.

Great location! The famous Morning Market is just right below! Hotel has a Lounge that provides coffee and hot chocolate between certain time. The lounge is also great for relax after the onsen, chilling on some snacks and drinks while enjoying the nice amount Hakodate night view. Hotel onsen switch sides between gender every midnight after cleaning. It has one indoor and one outdoor onsen. Just like most Tokyu Stay hotels, your room comes with a Washer And Dryer!

Very near to JR Hakodate is walking distance. In winter be careful when you walk because sometimes walking on the ice slippery. We enjoy staying at Tokyu Stay, our bedroom facing Hakodate City Seikan Train Ferry Memorial Museum Mashū-maru. We also can see christmas tree at Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse - Bay Hakodate from our bedroom.The hotelhave vending machine and ice at 17 floor. Enjoy creme brulle that bought at Hakodate station in the bedroom.

Hotel is just next to the morning seafood market but 5 mins walk to JR station. The city view and sea view roof top onsen is magnificent. It’s very quiet at night when you walk back to hotel from JR station.

Love the big room and the amenities bar at level 1. The view from the lounge was awesome as well, highly recommend!

Clean and convenient located next to the morning market. Very new and good setup. Excellent staff!

very good place， i like it so much, good onsen

Hotel was in good location next to morning seafood market and short walk to red warehouse. Bath house was clean with panaromic view of the city and coastline. Room was clean and new. Comes with free washing machine. Hotel carpark was convenient although we need to pay for it (1000 yen per day) Highly recommend.

Unfortunately our train was cancelled due to weather conditions. We end up only stay for a night instead of two. Didn’t get the chance to use the ryokan. Great location. Next to morning market and walking distance too most of attractions.

Great Hotel, Corner room is great. There is an sea view at the baththub. Spacious. The winter made the location is seems much further from the JR station.

Nice places nice view

I find Tokyu Stay consistently good, clean rooms and layouts, decent amenities and good location. This one was close to the station and the markets and tram, the only issue was the lift service taking so long to get to/from your floor.
