Highly recommend this hotel. Cleanliness and front desk service best! Public bath is available, washing machine with dryer and microwave in room is incredibly useful. Hotel location is nice, just next to the market. Hotel outdoor parking cost ¥1000 per day, just next to the hotel. Lawson and 7-eleven is within walking distance. We are so lucky to get the room with a nice view. Last but not least, we will be back to stay at this hotel again.

If you are driving, you can park your car at the parking area right beside the hotel. At the front desk, exchange your parking ticket for a free pass with you can use to enter and exit the parking area for free-of-charge throughout your stay. The parking will cost 1000yen/night, which you have to pay upfront when you check-in. Overall, it was a beautiful and comfortable hotel which is near to the Hakodate Bay and the Morning Market. The hotel offers a complimentry onsen for all stayers.

Great location. Close to everything. Few mins walk only from JR, fish market, restaurants etc. limited English but sufficient. Like the view from the room and bathroom!

Location is great, close to tourist attractions. Hotel room comes with washing machine which helped a lot with our laundry. There is also a car park right next to the hotel. Stone away from the morning market. Highly recommended!

This is the perfect place for couples. It is a small room with a very comfortable bed and the views overlooking the harbor and city up to Mt Hakodate are stupendous. Furthermore, the onsen on the rooftop had a spectacular view and a perfect temperature for relaxation. For breakfast, the hotel provided vouchers for your choice of restaurants at the Morning Market just steps away. The market was packed with all kinds of options for Japanese breakfast. Highly recommended!

I am very satisfied with my 2 days stay in this hotel. There are things that make the hotel a standout which are 1. Location and convenience . Walking distance to Jr station and the fact that it is right next to hakodate morning market offers the guest wide variety of choice for traditional jap seafood breakfast. You can get a variety of seafood and fresh fruits like strawberry n melon from the market. There are quite a number of restaurants where u can enjoy sashimi and seafood don. 2. Beautiful view from the hotel lounge and hotel room. The view was simply picturesque 3. Facilities. Both indoor n outdoor onsen available for the guests. U can enjoy soaking in onsen while enjoying the nice view it offered. Bringing comfort to the body and pleasure to the eyes at the same time. Washing machine, cooker and microwave oven is available in the room. It brings great convenience to travellers where we can wash clothes in own room without leaving the room 4. Friendly and polite staffs 5. It has own private parking that is charged at 1000 yen per night

Nearby JR station, washing machine is each room is nice. Your cloths are clean and dry each wash. Coffee and chocolate drink in rooftop lounge is so nice!!

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's spending a day or two in Hakodate, for its strategic location, spacious rooms and vast amount of amenities available. The hotel is about 5 mins on foot from the JR station, but just a word of caution if you're travelling with big luggage during snowy times then 5 minutes might feel like it's 15 minutes! The room itself was spacious with basic amenities, but they have free coffee / tea machine on ground floor and in the lounge on L17. Room was clean. Hot spring on L18 was also awesome, with fantastic view overlooking the "million dollar" Hakodate night view.

Great location! The famous Morning Market is just right below! Hotel has a Lounge that provides coffee and hot chocolate between certain time. The lounge is also great for relax after the onsen, chilling on some snacks and drinks while enjoying the nice amount Hakodate night view. Hotel onsen switch sides between gender every midnight after cleaning. It has one indoor and one outdoor onsen. Just like most Tokyu Stay hotels, your room comes with a Washer And Dryer!

Very near to JR Hakodate is walking distance. In winter be careful when you walk because sometimes walking on the ice slippery. We enjoy staying at Tokyu Stay, our bedroom facing Hakodate City Seikan Train Ferry Memorial Museum Mashū-maru. We also can see christmas tree at Kanemori Red Brick Warehouse - Bay Hakodate from our bedroom.The hotelhave vending machine and ice at 17 floor. Enjoy creme brulle that bought at Hakodate station in the bedroom.
