Great hotel. New and clean. Staff is friendly and able to speak English. Many izakaya and convenient store downstairs.

Good location near hakodate station and morning fresh market,convenient to transportation by train

Not much facilities but there was carpark available as we were doing self drive. Room was a little squeezy and the queen bed was incredibly small. We only brought one luggage to the room and left the other one in the car, that was a smart move. If we had 2 big luggage, there would be no standing space.

Located just a 3-minute walk from JR Morioka Station west exit, UNIZO INN Express Morioka features rooms with air conditioner and basic facilities. Service is very good during checking in. Baggage may be left before checking in. Quite satisfied after what paid.

Within 10 minutes on foot slowly from Hakodate Station. Very convenient location for traveling. There are many restaurants right across the street that stay open until late at night.

The room is small but adequate for a solo traveller. The location is very close (only a few minutes walk) to Hakodate station as well as the morning market. There are restaurants and a convenience store in the vicinity. A functional hotel if basic is all you need.

Conveniently located near Hakodate station, morning market, and food streets. I could also easily get to the attractions in Hakodate via the nearby tram and buses. The room was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The staff could also communicate well in English and were very friendly. Thanks for the nice stay!

Good service. Recepsionist and cleaning service is a good person

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. It was a typical Japanese small room, but this double bed seemed a bit smaller than others’. If you if you were of bigger body build, then it was a bit crowded 😂 it’s at a location which is near 函館朝市，a 5-10 mins walk. Limited car parking space as we were arriving at night, it was full already.

Hotel location was pretty good, walkable from the train station (about 10 to 15 minutes away). Facilities were fairly basic, including two shared coin-operated washing machines + dryer and vending machines for drinks. The room was small but clean and comfortable for a solo traveller. The bathroom was a little too small for me (182 cm male) but still decent enough. Overall it's a good value for money hotel for what I paid.

Toilet was tiny and the bath was not for anyone over the height of 155cm. Other than that, service was excellent - and appreciated the helpful brochures in the lobby. I have to say it was surprising to see the water was all chlorinated- and I would not drink it. Meaning there was no water in the hotel room suitable for drinking.

Conveniently located. The bed is a little small but it doesn't bother for one night. It has everything you need.

Small bed and room, especially the toilet size. Good that self checkout service. No smoking room and no own carpark. 10mins walk to fish market.
