Snow country Grand Shopper Hotel (Snow Rhyme Street)

I paid almost 3200 Yuan, but i couldn’t leave my luggage after check-out. The hotel told me to leave it elsewhere (for an additional fee). Even though their website says "Luggage storage." When I spoke to the male staff, he didn’t seem helpful at all. He was even whistling and didn’t care. When I asked for assistance, he just said that Staff helped carry one of my bags to the room yesterday. How is helping with carrying a bag the same as offering luggage storage???? When I first entered the room, the curtains were broken. The hotel didn’t fix it before I entered. I couldn’t enjoy the view and had to call them to repair it. But they only fixed half of it, so I still couldn’t see the view from the window. Pros: The room was clean & warm, not cold. The location is center of Snow Town. The hotel allowed me to check in early

My stay at this hotel was disappointing and completely not worth the price. First of all, the hotel doesn’t even have a proper entrance—you have to walk through a restaurant to reach the front desk, which feels inconvenient and unprofessional. The front desk staff were indifferent and unfriendly, making me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a guest. The room view did not match the description provided during booking, which was very misleading. We booked a room for three people, but it came with only one bath towel and one face towel. When we contacted housekeeping to request more towels, they claimed there weren’t enough and each room could only get one. After much back-and-forth, they finally gave us one additional bath towel and face towel, while the housekeeping staff were polite, this situation was still frustrating and unacceptable. Hygiene standards were particularly concerning. housekeeping staff were sitting in the stairwell eating while handling towels. They didn’t even wash their oily hands before touching the towels, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. Overall, the hotel’s environment, cleanliness, service, and facilities are far below standards and not at all worth the price charged. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is very nice, unfortunately the room is very small for 4 people, and the bathroom even has no curtain. I daren’t to take bath there 😀

It just directly Infront of the bus drop off point. Troublesome during check in as you have to pass through the restaurant. Hotel is nice and cosy for families. But a bit too pricy

The location is perfect for families especially if you have luggages. It is the first building after getting down from the bus.Just a short walk of 50 metres. Stay at the room facing the square to watch the parade and concert.
