Xuexiang Scenic Area - Your Multi-time Resort Hotel

The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and friendly, especially the front desk, who provided a warm welcome. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Other reviews were right—the front desk did insist on an upgrade for an extra $100, but honestly, it was worth it for the better view and improved room. Overall, a great experience with excellent service!

Terrible service, breakfast. TV is not in working conditions. Rooms are small and weak sound proofing. To be honest, XueXiang is not worth staying a night. Hotels are expensive and lousy. Arrive there in the aftn and leave @6-7pm.

We booked the room which they indicated that there's mountain view. However our room was in the basement with no windows. Upon checking with the children reception, we were told what they meant was the hotel is in the mountain vicinity and therefore the hotel has mountain view and not the room itself. Poor communication with the owner who tried to book attractions for us. Breakfast was horrible with only plain porridge, peanuts and preserved vegetables, some packaged cakes and soy bean milk. No coffee or other beverages available. We book the hotel with breakfast options but it was so bad that we would rather eat out.
