Nice place to stay. Although there was a pair of earplugs in the room, meant for sleepers to avoid the noise from the road, it wasn't necessary. Coffee served at the lobby, with one cup only daily was nice. Washing machine and dryer are available. Recommended to stay.

Excellent stay throughout my trip in haikou. Very clean and super friendly staff free daily coffee to reedem at counter level 1 cafe.💯👍 will consider to stay again if I return to 海 南

A pleasant hotel! Everything looks quite new. Comfortable bed (I especially liked that there is a choice between regular pillows and memory foam pillows). Good value for money (especially compared to hotels in Sanya where I am now and where hotels in this price range seem much lower quality). Friendly staff at reception. The only thing that could be better is sound insulation, in particular noise coming from outside the hotel. Even with the window closed, it felt as though it was open (what you hear is mostly traffic noise - which I got used to pretty quickly - but one evening also some loud music which annoyed me more; that stopped at 22:30 though, so not too bad after all). If I return to Haikou, I might certainly consider this hotel again.

There is constant cigarette smell in the room…especially at the shower area where the ventilator seems to be spoilt…other than that it’s pretty good.

Wonderful stay at SkyBird Hotel in Hainan. Staff are amazing, breakfast buffet is wonderful and suit the tastebuds of us Singaporeans. Location is good, and staff let us check in early for free

This hotel isn't appropriate for those who don't speak English. Service at the front desk and breakfast quality is mediocre. However, it meets the expectations for the cheap price of the room. The location is ok with a shopping mall opposite the hotel. Two washers and two dryers on the third floor are always occupied. For the guests' convenience, the hotel should provide live information regarding the usage of the machines and their availabilty on the TV page like in some Chinese hotels.

Location was quite centralised and service was good! There’s also free laundromat in the hotel for guest to use. Breakfast is from 7am - 12pm, which allows guest to rest in a bit longer. Also, there are free drinks (coffee/tea) every day to be redeemed at the counter. Special shoutout to Daisy and Lauren for making our stay a pleasant one!

Nice modern hotel. It was our first stop in Haikou, and the reception staff - Daisy and the other girls- showed great hospitality, despite not speaking English. Location is good, across the highway there are some malls and lively local food streets. The bad part - in the room we got at first there was a strong cigarette smell, we got the room changed, but the smell was still coming and going from the vent system, as some of the guests clearly smoked in their rooms, despite the "no smoking" policy. It was bearable, but unpleasant.

Our 3 night stay night stay at Haikou. Highly recommended hotel for foreigners like us😭. Staffs were friendly and able to assist how to use the local mobile application for payment. Room was clean and hotel also come with free washing machine where you can do your laundry. Location was about 10-15min walk to the famous 椅樓old quarters. Surrounding area have a lot of shopping where you won’t be feel so bore at the hotel surrounding.

Hotel allowed me to check-in early. Check-in was smooth. Hotel provided free cup of coffee each day which is a bonus! Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The location of the hotel is good - next to numerous malls, a park and not too far from Qilou Old Street.

Strategic location, easy accessible to attractions, like the friendly staff, breakfast is delicious, highly recommended.

Great stay at SKYBIRD Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. I especially love the breakfast and the excellent coffee from the café. I would highly recommend staying here!
