The hotel boasts a good location and beautiful surroundings, complete with a lovely swimming pool and serene garden. The view is amazing and some of my friends were deeply impressed by the property. The check-in process was fast and easy. Ms. Sally from the front office served me exceptionally well: she assigned me a better room, checked in regularly to ensure everything was perfect, and made sure I felt happy throughout my stay. Since this was my birthday trip, but I didn't mentioned anything, but she even surprised me with a thoughtful cheese birthday cake! Thank you, Ms. Sally, for going the extra mile with your service. It truly made my stay unforgettable!

The room layout is very good. It’s near the shopping centre and the sea-view is amazing. I like how it has the balcony with privacy wall.

After Sanya, I headed to Haikou and stayed at the InterContinental Haikou Seaview. The hotel is located along the scenic Binhai Road, offering stunning views of the Qiongzhou Strait. The location was perfect, with easy access to a park connector and a mall. I loved taking evening strolls here; it was so peaceful and windy, which I enjoyed. Check-in was seamless, and the staff were professional and attentive. My room was spacious and modern, with a large window offering panoramic sea views. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the toilet made getting ready and unwinding for the day luxurious! Yes, they have a bidet in the bathroom. The only downside was the weak air conditioner, so we slept with the balcony open. I also wished they provided bath salts or bath bombs to enhance the bathtub experience. Overall, this was my favorite hotel in Haikou. It’s slightly away from the main attractions, but it’s perfect for relaxation, eating, and shopping. I would definitely stay here again!

Impeccable service by hotel staff; received a warm welcome at the entrance and the check-in procedure was without delay. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They even have complimentary photography service and shuttle bus to duty free mall. Had an awesome stay and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking! I'd highly recommend this hotel if you want to indulge in a luxurious stay!

Wonderful view of the bay and great location. The morning buffet breakfast was excellent with a very wide selection of delicious food.

The hotel is very good, the housekeeper is very good, and he took the initiative to help us adjust the room. The hotel environment is also beautiful, and there are many delicious foods in Haikou Bay next to it. We spent a wonderful three days here.

Great hotel, large rooms and a splendid gym

The hotel has excellent location, and breakfast is great! The receptionist (Jenny Wu) is very friendly and the hotel was quick to help and resolve the issue with our room. We will definitely stay here again!

As soon as I saw the news about the Lantern Festival fireworks and drone show, I booked a sea view room and I’m so glad I did! Even though we live in Haikou (Xiuying), I thought it would be nice to not have to brave the crowds after the show to get home. Our room was perfectly situated so that after dinner at The Happy Monk in HCC we came back and watched the show from the balcony. Our room was lovely and the staff at the hotel was so helpful. We really loved it.

Oh my word! What an amazing hotel. The views are breathtaking, the facilities immaculate but most importantly the service is outstanding. I cannot write this review without thanking Mr Allen Wong for all his kindness in making the stay for me and my mom so much more memorable. Thank you!

Clean and convenient with amiable services. The hotel is at a direct distance from the airport and by the sea with walking trails at the door along the seafront. You could get up early, have a run along the seafront or a workout at the gym with refreshing waterview.
