This is a 2(two) storey Budget Hotel with NO elevator. It is located near KFC Renmin Avenue. You need to carry your own luggage up and down about 30 steps. The toilet is a sit on.
This Hotel is about 15 mins. walk to the daily night market, Haida Night Market, which has about 50 stalls. Another famous place to visit is the Qilou Old Street, which is about 20 to 30 mins walk. You can also board their local bus no. 15, 39, when the bus turn right, to stop at the clock tower. Cross the main road and you are there. Plenty of food at the night market and Qilou Old Street.
If you have any queries, you can approach Miss LIU (Xinqianyu staff) who is the most helpful, polite and respectful lady.

設施齊全，住着挺舒服的，房間大小剛好，隔音效果還不錯地理位置好，出行都很方便，而且團購的券也很划算，推薦大家來體驗！

內部裝飾比較簡單，有些地方開關已經脱落了。遙控器也壞了，沒法正常使用。

房子乾淨整潔，一個床兩個枕頭。位置好，逛老街，海大夜市都非常方便。停車老闆也是非常耐心的給我們説，對我們非常包容，下次有機會一定住這裏.也會推薦給朋友

位置距離海大南門夜市很近

衹能説一分價錢一分貨，以後不能圖便宜了，也沒有電梯，還得爬樓上，房間也不好。特意找的有停車場能停放汽車的賓館，結果就讓放賓館門口的馬路邊上，非常不安全還怕被交警罰款。唯一的優點就是老闆態度特好，很熱情！
