Booked the room 1.5hrs before check-in as I we needed a place to rest while waiting for a very late flight. Staff accommodated for a very early check-in at 10:30am and assisted to arrange for a shuttle to airport. There is a big reading area with books too.

Awesome service! Perfect location! Amazing hotel! The front desk was super helpful and so nice changing our room and giving us extra water. Great place to stay!

Very large bed and rooms, lots of space for luggage. Clean and comfortable beds too. Close to airport. They offer free airport transfer which is very handy. Staff doesn’t speak English much but are very accommodating.

This place is amazing! We moved to this hotel on the last day of our HaiKou trip as we have an early flight the next day. It's only 5-10 mins away from the airport, depending on the traffic. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they provide free transport to the airport. They helped us booked the transport when we checked into the hotel. The room we booked is beautiful, it's clean and tidy, comfortable bed and nice thick towels. Very happy with the room we got. We brought some local fruits to bring back to our country, but there isn't any fridge in the room. Their staff helped to keep the fruits in the fridge at their counter. We were given a reminder call 30mins before the transport came, which was a surprise to us. This is such a good service which we don get in other countries, unless you requested for it. There are eateries and convenient stores around the hotel, so you dont need to worry about food. If not, you can just take a DiDi, to the airport where there are shopping outlets and food courts. Overall, very good experience at this hotel. Highly recommend to everyone

Very convenient location for a flight transit stop. We stayed one night as we had to wait for our next flight for 10hrs, it’s a great place to stay. There’s free shuttle service between the airport and hotel. And there are also many options to eat around the hotel.

Close to the airport which is good. Reception staff speaks English. It has all the basic amenities except no fridge. It’s good for one or two night stay.

This was a short ride from airport. The “free” ride from airport to hotel was a joke. It took forever to figure out how to contact the driver (you definitely need a Chinese SIM card or ability to make calls) . Also nobody (driver, front desk etc) speak English. The drive to hotel isn’t far. We were behind one family in line so it took about 20 mins wait to check in. We arrived at 2am but had to catch a 7.30am flight so had little rest. Still glad we checked in. Shower and bed good. Unfortunately, the 5am shuttle was “fully booked”by the time we check in so we had to pay for our own ride back to the airport, even though the ride was supposed to be included for free. The next shuttle was one hour later (only one shuttle per hour!!) so too late for us. No big deal as it cost only a few usd but it was a hassle getting a didi and our driver’s car was stuck because the gantry wouldn’t open to let us leave the parking lot. The corridor were not temperature controlled so we were sweating like mad pushing our luggage’s through the long hallways to get to our room. If you aren’t in a hurry like us this is ok…

This hotel rated itself as 4 star but I feel it should be 3 star.....the room is just so so and not good maintain...the gym facility even worst....

I was worried that there were no English speaking staff, but I was impressed that all the staff were willing to help despite the communication difficulties. Please note that the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel departs from Gate 2 on the departure floor of Terminal 2 of Meilan Airport. (It also stops at Terminal 1, but I don't know the exact information.) Although it is not a luxury hotel, I felt kindness and consideration from the shuttle bus driver, the reception, and the restaurant staff. I would like to express my gratitude.

Good location, a decent clean room, corridor carpet should be deep cleaned. The staff has difficulties communicating in English even though there is two of them at the reception. The noodles for breakfast are tasty. There isn’t any tea or coffee in the room. The cafe in the hotel went out of business but it’s not informed well it’s no longer operational until you ask.

For the low price I didn't expect much but the room was really good and clean. Staff was helpful and they have an airport shuttle bus that even allows to get flights early in the morning. The gym is very old but it works. Would cool again

Front line staff were pleasant and provided info when asked. The hotel is a bit run down but still kept clean. Great location near the airport but not much amenities though within and around For the price per night, no complaints and also provide a free shuttle to the airport though a bit small. Need to carry your own luggage up and down the mini bus from the hotel and upon reaching the airport., the only setback. Overall, a night stay for an early flight is great 👍

Chosen this hotel because they are near to Meilan airport with free shuttle service. Walking distance with limited choice of food. The cleanliness of room to be improved as we found used contact lens case and used comb during check in. Bath towel provided is tear. After informing front counter, the replaced towel is tear too. Room is slightly dim as some of the light bulbs burnt and not being replaced. But if you plan for a stay to go airport, still can consider this hotel.
