Location: right on the promenade by the beach with restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Service: the staff were very friendly and patient with the language barrier. Amenities: I liked the balcony with a dining table. The room was very spacious with nice decor. I appreciated how they gave me washing up liquid and laundry detergent. Other places I stayed at in Hainan didn't and I had to buy my own. I liked the amount of storage space. However, I don't like disposable towels. It's very uncomfortable. Some of the cooking equipment they provided was very old and worn out. It should be updated. There also wasn't any hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sinks, making it difficult to wash my hands or dirty dishes properly Cleanliness: severely lacking. The cleaning staff don't do a thorough job. The bathroom floor was wet when I checked in and the bathroom stank of urine. The shelves in the fridge were also really dirty. It also looked like the cleaner forgot to clean the toilet. And for some reason they filled the holes in the shower wall with toilet paper. Overral: Because they don't provided hot water for dish and hand washing and don't clean their rooms properly before check-in, I cannot recommend others to stay here cause it's a health violation. Next time I go to Haikou I will find a cleaner place to stay with hot water throughout the property. It's a shame because it's a really nice property in a great location. Great but wasted potential.

The service was great but the room was really bad, cobweb on the walls, no toothpaste and brush, the bathroom and balcony wasn’t appealing

This hotel was OK but they gave my 17-year-old son a lot of trouble checking in because they say he wasn’t 18 years old yet but come on it’s a holiday tons of students are checking into hotels so it took me a while to get the hotel to let him get checked, in kind of disappointed about it

Номер очень уставший и требует глобального обновления. Но самое неприятное - это грязь! Персонал вообще не следит за чистотой номера! Ежедневно только меняют полотенца и выносят мусор, могут в мусор захватить и вещи, которые лежат на обеденном столе. Есть кухонная плита, при этом посуда отсутствует! Нет даже тарелок и столовых приборов, не говоря про кастрюли и сковородки. Традиционный китайский завтрак состоит из супа лапши. Нет ни чая, ни кофе, ничего кроме лапши, поэтому мы не ходили на завтраки после однократного посещения. Расположение отеля удобное, но грязь и необходимость ремонта не позволят нам повторно сюда вернуться! Никому не рекомендую!

網上訂房後，去到位於海口灣恆大2期一單樓下的辦公室，扫描微信二维码之后就可以收到入房密碼同wifi碼然後自行入住。大床海景房間寬大較舒服，最主要有洗衣機，廚具有電爐但冇锅，可以自己叫外賣送到門口很方便。個人感覺不錯！ 圖片為涼台外景觀，可以看到冬季日出。

這個房間確實太好了，比我原來住的酒店好多了，房子面積非常大，而且還靠在海邊樓下就是海邊，吃完飯在海邊漫步非常好，極力推薦！

半夜飛機抵達海口，這個公寓優點是有海景，步行可以到海邊散步。衞生和床品就很一般，洗澡水還是很熱的。趕上海口氣温低，一晚上蜷縮着睡不踏實。 早餐是一個小餐廳，師傅做的羊肉湯粉還不錯。

酒店地理位置優越，出行方便，距離海邊很近，周圍有不少值得一遊的景點……雲洞、騎樓、萬綠園等

酒店氛圍温馨舒適，小姐姐熱情周到。房間採光好，空氣清新，安靜的環境，讓我安心放個假。
