Real Madrid Holiday Island Style Hotel (Haikou Qilou Old Street)

I booked the honeymoon suite because I wanted to treat myself—even though I’m a solo traveler. The first room I was given smelled terrible, like someone had smoked in a non-smoking room. I told the front desk, and they were kind enough to change my room. The new room smelled much better. The tub was amazing, the shower was great, and the bed was super soft and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was really fast. The staff didn’t speak English very well, but they helped me as much as they could. The location wasn’t ideal—I had to take a DiDi or a bus everywhere since most places were quite far, even by car. The restaurant didn’t have many vegetarian options, so I usually ate out. I never found the pool, even though the hotel was supposed to have one. Other than that, I had a nice stay, and I really loved the bed I was also glad they offered some delicious coconut snacks during my stay—I liked them so much that I ended up buying more at a local gift shop since I didn’t see them in the hotel’s own shop!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location far from any action and will need taxi to get around. Rooms dated but spacious. Restaurant looked glitzy but unremarkable so we did not go.

設施：房間很大很寬敞，浴缸泡澡很舒服 衞生：衞生非常好，泡澡會提供一次性泡澡袋，雖然是老酒店了，但是衞生條件依然很不錯 環境：環境還不錯，但是這個房型看不到景色有點遺憾 服務：服務周到還送小零食 總之很推薦

孩子很喜歡這裏的仙女屋，哈哈哈很可愛，到處都是佩奇，打掃的很乾凈，所有工作人員都很好，下次來還會選擇這裏，性價比很高，提個建議，可以增加個電動車租賃，這樣出行就很方便了

酒店風景優美，空氣清新，馬路對面就是南渡江，景色怡人，傍晚散散步，特別合適，衞生也很乾凈，設施齊全，前台服務很細緻，從入住加微信一直關心問候，客房還有貼心留言，就是一家把服務做的越來越好的連鎖品牌酒店👍👍👍

這次入住住到這家酒店性價比非常高！一進大堂，高雅又温馨的裝修風格直接拿捏住我，燈光暖乎乎的，氛圍感拉滿。房間乾淨衞生，床品乾淨柔軟，沒有一點異味，設施完好，前台辦理入住超迅速，服務非常熱情周到，下次還來這邊～
