It is centrally located to major amenities, just minutes away from playgrounds, the Marina, the Clubhouse, racquet ball and tennis, wellness center, and the swim club. You'll find a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary pods, an assortment of teas, a spice rack with quite a range of spices, a blender, griddle, toaster / airfryer, and plenty of pots, pans, roasting pans, cutting boards and more. We've even included a bartender kit for cocktails. Downstairs you’ll find another lounge , with flat screen TV and sound bar. You’ll find 2 more spacious bedrooms, one with a king bed and en suite bathroom and the other with 4 bunk beds.You're going to need a car when you visit here - Big Canoe is not terribly walkable. Be prepared for winding steep roads through the forest and mountains. Our driveway definitely has a hill to get to the house. Parking is free in general but you must park in designated areas. Street parking is not allowed and strictly enforced. This is a wildlife sanctuary so take care when driving through - deer are frequently seen everywhere. Our house can support 4 cars parking on the property.Finally all amenities in Big Canoe are ala carte and not covered by your booking fee. Access can be purchased from the amenity within Big Canoe.
