Ample parking for a boat in front of the garage.The home is located on a beautiful mountain and therefore both the gravel road leading to the home as well as the home's gravel driveway are on an incline. Neighborhood roads and the home's driveway are plowed during inclement winter weather but it is still strongly advised that guests have 4WD or AWD when visiting during inclement winter weather. Guests can park under the covered carport or on the gravel surrounding the carport. Guests may also park in front of the garage. Guests are allowed to park their boat on the property. Guests are not allowed to park on the gravel in front of the basement door.
