Well our beachy townhome, The Feel Good Flamingo, is set up for all of this and more for you and your friends and family. As you arrive you will first notice the beautiful flamingo color of our townhome . The front deck is where you can hear the ocean waves crashing and sit and relax in the seating area drinking a nice cold drink or enjoy some of the local food while sitting at the dining area. Once you open the front door you will notice the stylish decor. It has been also recently updated with new stainless steel appliances. The Feel Good Flamingo features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and is located just 2 blocks (2 minute walk) to the beach with 2 beach access points. You are also within walking distance to restaurants, shops, Carolina Beach Lake, The Boardwalk, and The Greenway Trail. After a fun filled day of activities, The Feel Good Flamingo is spacious and will give you and your friends/family room to relax. We have our guests in mind. We provide;Bed/bath linens. It is a reverse floor plan, comfortably sleeping 8 with three bedrooms and two full baths on the main floor, and one bedroom with a full bath on the top floor. Located just one block and easy access to the beach, you're also minutes from restaurants, shops, breweries, Island Greenway trails for biking or walking / running, the Carolina Beach State Park and a recreation center. Because of our location, you don't have to worry about the hassle of parking, and after a day at the beach you have access to our outdoor shower and lower level bathroom if needed. The house is also just minutes from the Carolina Beach boardwalk, Fort Fischer State Recreation Area, North Carolina Aquarium and so much more.The Space:Designed for comfort and relaxation, we chose a layout and amenities we would hope for in a vacation rental.The reverse style floorplan of the house makes it perfect to share with friends and family and provides better views of the ocean and sunrises from the top floor. The lower level is where you access the house, and also features a covered parking area, outdoor shower and half bath which is convenient during beach days. The house also has an elevator, which makes it convenient to move your supplies and luggage, or for people who have difficulty with stairs. On the main floor, there is a master bedroom with full bath and a covered walkout porch. Down the hall is the first of two spare bedrooms with a bunk bed - full on the top, full on the bottom. The second of two spare bedrooms also features a bunk bed - single on the top, full on the bottom. The spare bedrooms share a full size bath located between the two rooms. The main floor is also where the laundry room is located, with front-loading washer and dryer.On the top floor you'll enjoy a fully furnished, spacious kitchen with a dual stove and gas cooktop, plentiful cabinet space, a large granite countertop and stainless steel appliances. We've also had a whole house Kinetco water filtration and reverse osmosis system installed. Just beyond the kitchen is an open dining area, game table and living room with large screen smart TV. Outside the living room is a walkout covered porch to enjoy the weather or watch the sunrise! Also on the top floor is a bedroom with queen-size bed and a full bath.Guest Access:While you're staying here, the house will be your private beach retreat. You'll have access through the main door or via the elevator, whichever is easiest and most convenient for the guests.Interactions with Guests:For check-in, you will receive a personalized keyless entry code for the door on the lower level. Once inside, we'll provide a key for the door to access the elevator. You can arrive anytime after 4 PM on your first day and leave by 11 AM on your last day.Though we will not be at the house during your stay, we are only a text or phone call away. We have pulled together a list of our favorite local spots and adventures which will be provided to you to help make the most of your stay.Other Things to Note:Please bag all your trash / recycling and make sure to put it in the proper container located in the parking area during your stay and upon departure.
