Freshly painted.Sea Colony's world-class tennis center (over 30 indoor/outdoor courts including dedicated pickleball courts) is across the street. Walk to 12 pools, playgrounds, Fitness Center (basketball, indoor lap pool, machines, fitness classes) and Sea Colony's private half-mile beach. Or take the shuttle (in season) to the beach.
