The banquet is in the same first floor of the room and it’s tooooooooooo noise till the party in the banquet end like 1 u cannot sleep

Location, food, Amenities & services are awesome . Worth the money. Problems I faced: In room 201, AC functioning was poor. The night shift guy on 7th oct 2024 was rude 😂.

The room was kinda small and all the amenities mentioned while booking were not even provided. The washroom was smelling and requested for a room freshener and despite requesting multiple times nothing was done.

Location was great. Pretty close to the big malls. Everything was great i would without a doubt stay there again whenever i need to go to guwahati again.

Experienced a very hygienic atmosphere, foods were delicious, staffs were very good, prompt responses, completely felt was at own kingdom. Reception needs to be upgraded to accommodate more visitor seatings.

We reached the hotel at 12. 15pm and the receptionist told us to wait for 10min. However we were told that he will give us an upgraded room as our pure booked room wasn't ready. So wait and wait till 1. 00 pm and he again told us to wait in the lounge area and wait for it. But i insisted him to give any room asap. And then he gave us a room that were even lower class then already prebooked.
