The booking was for three adult but the bed and room was very small, i had to up grade with additional amount at the hotel, in deluxe room even drinking water was not provided as complementary.

Shabby rooms. Water geyser is not working. Dirty spots on bedcover. Overall very bad experience.

Very callous attitude & absolutely no regards for guests tried to contact hotel nos. As shown in mm t voucher several times but none picked up even the mobile no given in the name of l m singh was not responsive arrived very late around 10-30 pm & was allotted a room where tv was not working while asking to attend, the answer was" u have come so late so nothing can be done" however on insisting to change room they finally did which took almost an hour in d breakfast while asking for toast, they said those who take puri bhajee, is not given toast. Breakfast was very poor, dinner was awfully spicy
location was however good
would advise think twice before putting this hotel in your portal
i am having repeated bad experience while booking through mm t even last july in puri i had a horrible stay at la platina

Nice stay, there is scope for improvement, mineral water is generally provided in the hotels of this range, switch and plug in boards need to be fixed! overall good

Check in and cheque out time was 11 am but when i reached the hotel at 8 a. M. For check in my room then the hotel manager asked me for extra money.

Booked 2 beds but they say it’s standard and will get only one bed it’s not good inside the room preety small and they take 30 dollars for it

If one want stay there is no problem but don't expect service and food, as they will feed only what they have and not as per customer demands. Apart staffs who render service they expect that they should be paid extra as they are rendering extra service to you

Very old hotel and no renovation as such. There is no minimum required items like complementary water bottle (at least 1, bathroom items. Intercom is not working. I went to reception at 11:30 pm for water and they were no friendly to attend my request as kitchen was closed.
