Best stay in ghy the rooms were clean and hygiene staff were polite and friendly the food was good They also have people like the cab driver an all they help us to visit the local places in ghy best time to travel is during winter and must visit the umananda temple at the tour

Room was not decorated and was not cleaned well. Pillow was dirty and not completely covered with its cover. Hot water was not available. Canteen utilities were not available which was not informed. Rest facilities are average and satisfying.

The hotel is terrible, not worth the price we booked, no ventilation, bolcany converted to room with glass but no ventilation, no clean towels, no clean sheets, the floor was dirty

Not clean room, food quality is very bad, besides some receipt-ion staff are not polite, overall not recommending for others.

Very polite staff and it was a smooth stay and was hygienic. At a good location and all amenities are good.

No hygiene and very bad maintenance and not a single towel has been provided, very poor maintenance and the environment is not good at all, not even maintaining the floor hygiene as well, a very bad smell all around the floor, facilities are worst but cost is very high.

The check-in was hassle free. The staff were polite and helpful. The only issue was that they don't have a smoking room which is problematic for non-smokers since the smoke smell from other rooms enters the room which was nauseating.
