Service was not as per expectations. My one booked meal was neither served nor refunded. Room fan regulator was broken. But not addressed inspite of request. Overall not recommended.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service, always attentive and eager to help. The food was also quite good, with a range of delicious options that made dining enjoyable. Location-wise, the hotel is nicely situated, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, i did notice that the bedsheets seemed a bit worn and could use an upgrade to enhance the comfort and overall experience. Despite that, the positives definitely outweighed this small issue, and i would happily return here if i visit the city again.

The bedsheets and lineen are very dirty and has used marks and even post 2 days reminder was not changed. The toileteries are missing, phone does not work. Choice of breakfast poor and cold. No good staff to take note or action on one call. Room has small cockraches. It seems not taken proper care of the rooms.

The room was clean and very tidy. The bathroom was also good. Over all it was a good experience. Hotel staffs were also good

I have stayed there several times, staffs were good but now they avoid your orders or calls like you are staying at free of cost. Land line is not working, cleaning staff don’t provide towels you have to call them and ask for it.

The ac was not working properly. After asking them twice, no one came to check the problem. It was very rude of them.
